Very good and professional service received. I have advised friends to use Dreams for advise and purchase of mattresses and/or bed.

From start to finish the customer care from store to delivery was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dreams.
Dreams products are excellent quality and a great variety and range to suit all requirements.

Since the bed has been assembled the room really smells of wood it may be the wooden slats when I googled this it said ventilation could work its still quite bad after a week of both windows open ?

Salesman really worked hard and took his time to get us the best deal possible whilst throwing in a few freebies...
Delivery was fantastic nice and quick and went through things afterwards. All packaging taken away and left tidy...

When i looked at the bed I said as it was the first shop I looked in i told the girl I would look in a few other places first and come back when I decide, i did decide to go with dreams but never went back until the next day when I did go the offer that was on the bed had ended so it was back to full price had she told me it was ending that day I would of gone back that day instead I lost the offer price I wasn't to happy about that so please tell your staff to make it clear to people when offers end Thanks

The worker there, Simon, was very kind and helpful, greeting me and my family when we went in the store and helping us chose the right mattress while explaining the difference in quality with each mattress we looked at.

Excellent customer service from sales, helping me to choose which bed would be right for me through to the delivery guys who are absolutely brilliant bringing a very heavy king size Ottoman bed up three flights of stairs….. and then they put shoe covers on!!! Bed is an absolute delight, thank you Dreams

Staff at dreams in Bromborough were so friendly and helpful, lots of knowledge to help me decide what was best for me. The choice of a delivery time and date was really good too, pick a date instantly. Even when delivering the bed men were exceptional, using shoe covers to enter my home, so efficient , polite, friendly. Overall exceptional experience.

What a difference to my old mattress - this new one is so comfy!!!! And the team took away and sustainably disposed of my old mattress too.

I was a bit concerned how I comfortable I would be on the mattress I had chosen, in the past on new mattresses it took a few nights to get used to.
But with this mattress I have been comfortable from the start, I am really happy with the mattress I chose.

After years of suffering with a bad back and a bad nights sleep, decided enough was enough and we should get a new bed. Visited the dreams store in bromborough where we met the wonderful James. He was an absolute delight, very knowledgable and helpful, not pushy at all just an all round good and helpful person that makes a good cup of coffee. We explained what we needed, he listened. First class service. Delighted and we can’t wait for the arrival of our new bed.

We ordered 2 Sealy headboards on 4 April. They were duly delivered but 1 was faulty. A replacement headboard was ordered with a promised delivery date of 4 May. We have now been advised our replacement order cannot be delivered and a new date cannot be given. These items were expensive and to receive 1 item as faulty was bad enough but the delay and the lack of information relating to the whereabouts of our order is deplorable.

Great buying experience. Staff were friendly, it was easy to order, and the bed came in 4 days. Bed is sturdy, was easy to assemble, and looks great. Glad I bought it!
