From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a polite and very helpful young man. We talked through what we were looking for and the cost, sorted what we wanted in a short time and was given a delivery date. All said I would recommend Dreams and give the young man a 11/10.

Matched to my dream mattress
I visited the store with my daughter and a very helpful lady explained about the sleep machine then all about the makeup of the different mattresses. I went back the next day with my husband so we could be matched to a mattress that was good for both of us. Again, a v knowledgeable lady explained the differences in the mattresses. At no point were we hurried. No one hovered over us and there was no hard sell

We went to the store in Westwood cross and were looked after by Mark.
He was very helpful , not pushy and persuaded us to spend more than we expected!
We are very happy with our tempur mattress and my back ache has gone as Mark predicted.

Cured my backache
All parts of the service was great. The sales team spent a lot of time in ensuring we got the product we wanted. Everything was quite clear and they followed through with accurate delivery time. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly. They cleared up after themselves and left the bedroom in a clean a tidy state.
