It was a great experience in Dreams, Becton with Imran as he greeted us and toured us from the very first visit of the store. He helped us first find out the accurate mattress that the body required with their mattress technology also gave us discounted offers. Overall 100% good experience.

I had a fantastic experience throughout. The in-store staff were helpful and friendly. We discussed several mattresses; they suggested I try them all, and I picked the one that was most suitable for me. I had already chosen the bed frame I wanted. The order for the frame and mattress was delivered on time. I paid for the bed to be built, and the two delivery men were professional and respectful of my property. The bed was built and explained to me, as it is an ottoman bed.
I have now had the bed for two weeks; it is very sturdy, and the mattress is very comfortable. A good choice and a quality product(s)

Arrived I was met by imran whom was very helpful and had great knowledge. I explained what I was after he showed me couple of beds told me about the 20% and gave me a bed according to my budget. Delivery was swift bed is amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Atif at Dreams, and I couldn't be more impressed with his exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, he showed me to the bed I had seen online and even offered me a drink, which was a thoughtful touch.
Atif conducted a sleep test for us, providing valuable insights into which mattress would be best suited for our needs. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. He took the time to help us plan our room without making us feel rushed to make a purchase, which we greatly appreciated.
I will definitely be coming back to pick a mattress, thanks to Atif's outstanding service. Highly recommend visiting Dreams and asking for Atif if you want a truly personalised and pleasant shopping experience.
