My wife and I recently visited Dreams Beckton to view a specific bed we were considering. While we were fairly confident in our choice, we wanted to explore other options and compare different varieties in person.

David welcomed us warmly and made us feel so comfortable that we could ask him any questions or seek advice without hesitation. His approachable and helpful demeanor truly stood out. Even when my wife changed her mind a couple of times after we thought we had settled on a choice, David remained incredibly patient and understanding, showing no signs of frustration.

David also guided us through the mattress selection process, carefully explaining all our options and helping us make an informed decision. He never rushed us and maintained a friendly and professional attitude throughout. Thanks to his expertise and support, we ultimately chose the perfect bed and mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I would definitely return to Dreams Beckton and rely on David’s assistance in the future. It’s rare to find such patient and attentive sales professionals who genuinely listen, explain, and resolve concerns so effectively.

Imran at the Beckton branch was very helpful, gave great advise and constructed a great deal based on my purchase of more than one item. Met my needs completely and would definitely take my business there in the future.

We went to the Beckton store and used sleepmatch. The man who served us was very knowledge, friendly and polite. He showed us the beds that we matched from the test. We then chose the one we liked best. Delivery was good, driver called ahead to give us a time. The beds were taken to our chosen rooms and the old beds taken away. The delivery men were professional and polite. So far the beds are comfortable. All in all a good experience.

Went to beckton branch to get idea but the service and the experience made me relax and gave me time to choose which mattress is suitable for me Shoeb welcomed and greeted so sweetly gave all the information plus offered drinks sleeping machine with pillows so I decided to order the mattress

Very helpful/friendly staff, especially a guy called Imran. No pressure selling, and we had the right advice and guidance in buying the right mattress.
The sleep scanner device was genuinely a brilliant idea. We've been sleeping on our new mattress for two weeks and it's brilliant. Aches and pains have gone.

We purchased a bedframe tv and mattress in August. We had to change the mattress as my husband couldn't get on with it. We purchased a more suitable mattress. There was a difference of price in my favour, so they returned some to my card and then said that tge rest would be in vouchers. I didn't question anything at the time. My husband is very ill and will have to sleep downstairs. I decided that I should get a single bed so we can both be in the same room. I knew I had £300 available so I picked a bed in the clearance. My daughter went up to dreams at Beckton to order the bed frame. She was told that the vouchers were sent out. I have never received anything. I was told that it would be a credit on my account. Then she was told that I wouldn't have received both it would have been either £300 vouchers or £275 back to my card. How ridiculous does this sound. Why would you say that you can either have one price back to
your card or another price in vouchers. This company are inefficient and incompetent. Their CEO just delegates emails to other people instead of having the common courtesy to speak to the customer. I will NEVER use dreams again. This is the second time I have purchased from them but it will never happen again. They lie through their teeth, and don't know the meaning of customer care. My daughter went to the store as I am at the hospital all day everyday. I spoke with a dreams assistant yesterday evening in the phone and made him aware of the credit that I have. He looked on the computer and didn't say that they were sent out in vouchers. He just said to me that if I went into the store to order the bed then I would get a better deal. My daughter said to me that she will go and order it on my behalf. She went to the store and she was told a load of lies. One minute she was being told that it was the money back to my card or vouchers. When the assistant checked it was supposed to be both but they never bother to send the vouchers. My daughter was told that they will send the vouchers out by Royal Mail. No help to me as all the beds will have either gone or the offer would have finished. My daughter explained to the assistant why I needed the bed but just kept saying sorry instead of going to his manager and explaining the situation. If I were you I would save your money and go to a reputable store that's trustworthy.

Salesman was well experience about products and help me to purchase a perfect product.

The bed is exactly how I wanted it to look and comfortable. Good value for money and staff were helpful.

Very good purchase. Very very happy with the bed. Delivery was on time in care. Bed assembly was quite easy according to the manual given. Most parts were set up previously and packed nicely. Ample storage space even the largest old stile luggage fits underneath without touching the bed frame.
Bought this few weeks ago from Bectone branch. The Lady manager was very humble and supportive with her significant business skills and professionalism.
Highly recommend to buy this bed from Dreams.

Too deep cannot get on mattress. Too short and had a stroke.

Hi was well greeted by a very nice staff as soon I get inside the store then he ask me what kind of bed I'm looking for before I get to see the bed I want he recommended me to try out the recommendation for 10 min to see the kind of mattress that is suitable for me then he later send Osat who was very much pleasant he take me around to try several mattress and pillow he is good sales person after find the complete bed I wanted which Osat help me with so to get to the payment option which Osat also discuss different ways of paying he also offered me and my son a cold drink.

Unable to call customer service as the phone lines gets cut off after one ring, called the store spoke to a lady who said that the customer service line worked when she called so I called customer service after leaving her but line did not go through again so I called the store back, but now nobody holds the phone at the store anymore either, I have been trying for a week now to no avail.
I Sent an Emails but did not get a proper response to my concern.
Their customer after-care is very bad, I have recently sent another email and now waiting for that response.

I would like to add to my first review and say that Dreams contacted me and offered me an exchange on my mattress and allowed me to get the full price back to spend on another mattress even though I bought my mattress on sale, they have also taken my complaint in to consideration regarding their consumer service phone line and have said that they are looking in to it and making sure there are enough staff available to answer the phone lines.

The mattess is amazing. We sleep well 😴
