Dreams - Barnstaple Omdömen 

I was so well looked after by the store manager. I was offered a cup of tea and the manager really took note of my requirements and spent a long time ensuring that I ended up with the right product.

First the lady in the shop was very helpful , she went thro every thing about the four mattress I tried and the one I bought is lovely , I’m enjoying going to bed . The two men that delivered it were also very good.

I can't fault the service I received. First in the shop, the computer analysis of how I sleep to delivery, all first class. And I have to say that I am sleeping so much better than before.

First class service , from the moment we walked in the shop .delivery was perfect and mattress is extremely comfortable.

Great customer service, came out with exactly what we wanted/needed. No pressure to buy anything, great knowledge and very helpful. Price is great aswell

I am very pleased with my new mattress as I was having difficulty with getting comfortable on my old one due to back trouble

We were greeted by Shelby which made us feel very welcome .she show us around and told us about all the Beds we asked about and gave us very good advice on all

The staff at Roundswell were Excellant …… except 1 and I’ll explain that later.
Mark went over and above finding the right bed etc. also he knew I was concerned as to the bed going upstairs twists and turns. He didn’t give up until he had found the information as how I could ascertain whether it would and how to measure.

A very pleasant buying experience not pressured at all. Quick delivery and we love the bed.

Lovely bed and delivered on time.
I was expecting a base headboard and mattress not flat pack but the instructions were easy to follow.

The young lady and gentleman sales agents were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Almost made spending money enjoyable!!!

After a day trolling around bed shops being bombarded by salesman trying to sell us things we didn't want We went in to dream in Barnstaple were greeted politely by the manager I'm afraid I don't remember his name. He asked if he could help listened to what we needed showed us what choices there were no messing about was very informative and honest about the extended warranty etc which we took out gave us a lead in time which was longer than we wanted so he worked through it and got the bed itself delivered within 7 days with the head board to follow shortly after excellent customer services cannot recommend it enough

I like my new mattress, but my wife had the same, but she has had to go back to her old mattress. We have a double electric bed and she thought that she had better change hers as I changed mine but she was unable to sleep on it as it hurt her back and hips. I do think that the staff should let people know that when you try a mattress u store that it will be softer than the one you receive as new mattresses need time to soften up.

The gentlemen who oelivered and erected the bed were
outstanding and an absolute credit to Dreams. They were smart, polite and extremely knowledgeable of their subject. I would invest in Dreams products in the future and have recommended these products to our friends including the fantastic service. Well done and thank you
