ThankYou Imogen at Ashford…
We only popped in to test some mattresses after doing research elsewhere… I rarely review any shop but being in an industry where I know the importance of a good review, I felt urged to do so simply due to the service we received from Imogen (Ashford). We’re not “sales assistant” people but I might change that now thanks to Imogen’s very clear learned knowledge of their stock and option suggestions which lead to an educated decision on our new mattress.
I’m only sorry MR is an online shopper (sorry Imogen)
So if you need genuine help in picking the right mattress go see Imogen!

The delivery was well timed and 2 young guys brought it into the bedroom and put it together ensuring all packaging was removed. They even helped us move the headboard away
They were all very professional and pleasant

In store fantastic, friendly customer service (ashford branch) delivery on time, explained checked route to bring bed in wore shoe covers. Built and installed the bed quickly and efficiently. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish
