From the first contact with Julie in the sale room to saying goodbye to the 2 guys who delivered and put the bed together I experienced nothing but a friendly and professional service.

We purchased 3 Tempur Cooltouch double and super king size mattresses. The two doubles are fine but the super king mattress has indentations where we sleep. We went through the process of having it inspected by Emmiera, the 'Independant' inspector to be told that there is no fault. The mattress comfort deteriorates when our body temperature has warned the memory foam. The mattress is now very uncomfortable and we will need to change it due to severe back pain issues that neither of us have had before. The Tempur 10 year warranty is farcical as the measuring equipment used by the inspector is very inaccurate (I am a precision engineer) in favour of Tempur and is not calibrated. I checked this equipment myself and asked to see the calibration certificate. I was ignored by the inspector. I believe this in itself could be a breach of trading standards which we will be investigating.
I belive that relying on demonstrably inaccurate measurements to reject a valid consumer claim breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and constitutes an unfair or misleading commercial practice.
The testing equipment is uncalibrated and therefore their rejection is not based on reliable technical evidence.

I did leave a Tempur Trustpilot review which Tempur replied saying that the inspector found no fault. Well he wouldn't would he as he uses faulty measuring equipment. Never again will I or my family or friends buy a Tempur product. The sales people in Dreams at Ashford are ok but as I have been fobbed off by Tempur I thought it only right to review the products sold at this store to advise customers of being mis sold a product that we genuinely believed would be covered by a warranty that we could rely on. Tempurs memory foam has certainly FORGOTTEN what it should be doing. Don't waste your money on this brand.

I am asking for a response from Dreams Ashford or their Head Office to see what can be done. I would like to give them the opportunity to act before I progress further.

Helpful delivery guys who managed to get mattress into bedroom smoothly as it was a tiny cottage with narrow twisted staircase

Wish we had never bought a tempa mattress from them supposedly it was a cooling mattress. More like a oven mattress only had it 14 days refused to refund saying it subjective about the cooling claim would only give exchange for different mattress and credit for balance. If I could give them zero rating I would avoid them like the plugue.

The Ashford branch were very knowledgeable about the product. I opted for the team to build it, and they were efficient. They didn’t test the sound system though, which took a while to get connected. The product is sturdy but there’s a random large ‘hole’ on one side of the bed, which I’m told is usual, could have done with a cover on it, even if it was Velcro fitted, especially for the price!

Dreams have been wonderful from choosing the bed on 27th December to those very kind gentlemen who delivered the bed in 6th February.

The bed is extremely comfortable and I love it!

My wife and I were treated very well at the shop Gary was really lovely, everything arrived on the time specified the chaps that came to deliver and install were very good and the bed itself is as advertised it is spot on we are so pleased with the product and the service from Dreams I would only recommend them agin.

Our experience from showroom to the new bed being put together was great. We were not rushed in the showroom, we were given advice when we needed it, we knew what what wanted, we knew we needed the bed put together and our old bed & mattress recycled. We were kept fully informed about the delivery date. On delivery day the guys were great, they put the bed together, were friendly, wore shoe coverings, showed us how it all worked.
