Great customer service, Imogen was knowledgeable and understood my needs.
The nitpick: there was a good selection of mattresses, but it's always a challenge selecting a mattress, and the store layout didn't lend itself to coming to a final decision easily.

A quality double sided mattress.
A quality double sided mattress.
I do hope Dreams is a brand that survives as they appears to be the only mattress brand out there producing pro-consumer double sided mattresses.
Even some premium brands now only offer single sided mattresses, for equal to or more than Dream's double sided ones.
Customer experience was very positive and friendly. Would use again.

What a Dream!
Gabriel who served me and assisted me in choosing was very helpful and empathised about my back problem. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy but gave me good advice. I took some time out to decide then went back and bought the mattress.
