Can't fault in store team, email updates following purchase and delivery team were sound!

Staff were very responsive - being a return customer we had an idea of the product required

Even though the staff were very busy I still got personal help from a young man who helped me choose the right mattress for me.

The guy was brilliant with us throughout, clearly explained everything and took his time - a credit to Dreams

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend this company enough! Very smooth transition and process throughout. Highly recommend the delivery service also, both Cristian and Jake were fantastic and set everything up to my requirements. Fantastic experience all round and the TV bed we ordered is an absolute dream. 5 stars well deserved for this company!

We were delighted with the purchase and the time and information given to us in the sales process.

The staff, particularly a lady assistant called Lyndsey in the Aintree store, made my experience really great, as I had a limited budget, but took care of me listened to all what I was looking and hoping for in a mattress. With such a large household item and such an expense that is needed for a number of years, customers need to know what they are buying into, she was so helpful and respectful, I felt very happy with my purchase. The only disappointment was the time scale of the delivery which was out of her hands and just one of those things you have to accept.

I bought a bed from the Aintree store and was served by a guy call Dan who was full of information about all beds and mattresses, very well mannered and friendly, great experience all round, thanks Dan.

Very friendly staff. Such a nice experience at the Aintree store. Great manager who answered our questions over the phone. Great service from Liberty. She made us feel very welcome. Also the bed’s are nice quality. We also used the bed scanner which is a great addition to the store as it lets you know what mattress is the best for you. Happy with my experience at this store. Would definitely recommend. The mattress we picked was over our initial budget but the quality of it was what swayed us as we wanted quality and we believe that is what we got. Thank you.

Great experienc staff made everything so easy and were knowledgeable and helpful. Explained mattress requiremt for the bunk beds. They demonstrated with in-store products. Fully clear on price and dates and delivery. Definitely go there again better than buying online.

From the moment that I arrived in the shop, the customer service agent (Lianne - I think) saw to all my needs when choosing my first bed. She was courteous throughout and really went above and beyond. I love the bed. Thank you.

Quick service. Excellent salesman in Dan, he had lots of knowledge and was very patient! Got exactly what we wanted with quick delivery date. Having been into the store almost next door beforehand, the experiences where totally different, with the first store being very poor
