Excellent product, excellent service

The foot stools were exactly as I had hoped they would be - well made and they look great - exactly as in the pictures. Arrived on the expected date and extremely well wrapped to avoid damage.

Awesome customer service.
We had a faulty item promptly replaced without hesitation and with good grace. A rare quality of service these days and reassuring for future orders.

Excellent service and value for money.
I had inadvertently left one star by mistake and have now rectified this (pudgy thumbs 🤓)
I Am very impressed with the speed and of delivery and the customer service is fantastic.

Don’t break the packaging seal unless you’re committed to buying

Make sure you do a visual check for the suitability of your curtains before you break open the packaging seal.
I didn’t see the small print on the round sticker and removed the curtains to colour match them in the room.
It’s really hard to re-pack them and refunds aren’t an option if the seal is broken and the packaging not as original.
I didn’t really want to keep my curtains but having taken them out to see what they looked like, learned the hard way.
Not sure I would buy curtains again online for this reason.

Dear Sara,

Many thanks for your review and we are sorry to hear your curtains were the incorrect shade. We do sticker certain items - bedding for hygiene reasons and curtains just because of the sheer difficulty of re-packaging as new , although as long as unused and returned to us as received we will always try to accommodate a customers requirements. If we can get replacement packaging then we will accept unused items back with sometimes a handling charge if items need re-packing, though it isn't always possible to obtain replacement packaging. The reason we sticker is to make sure that customers are aware of any return restrictions before they open.
