Order product from Dortech Ditect from a FB add and awaited for delivery that didn’t arrive and originally thought I’d been scammed, so when’s back to my order request and found an email address and emailed the company the emailed back to explain that my order was due to be collected by myself not posted to me, I then paid the postage and the products arrive 48 hrs later Thank you.
This is my first order from Dortech Direct and have used two of the three product, both are excellent products but the out come from the Upvc cleaner was way beyond any my expectations, Thanks again

We’re sorry to hear about the initial issue with your order. In this instance, the incorrect product was picked in error. As soon as this was highlighted, it was addressed immediately between your branch and account manager. The incorrect goods were collected without delay and the correct Brick & Patio Cleaner was supplied promptly to resolve the matter in full.
We have a long-standing relationship with MKM and supply all branches nationwide, fulfilling 100+ orders, and this was a rare isolated error rather than reflective of our usual service levels. Given the issue was identified and resolved quickly and without delay to the replacement supply, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address any remaining concerns directly before a public review was left.
We value our partnership with MKM and remain committed to maintaining the high standards expected across all orders.

'Stock Available' doesn't mean you're going to get your order anytime soon.
Yeah, 'stock available' means someone, somewhere in the world might have some stock. Maybe. Ordered on Friday, their web page said 'stock available'. Sales actually says that product may arrive 8 days later. In fact, they said (after the fact) that the product would only arrive *with them* 6 days after I put in the order. A deliberately misleading sales tactic. Some may call this 'lying'. The sales guy said they know about it and clearly don't seem that bothered by it. This screwed up our installation this week.

Whilst we appreciate your frustration, we would like to clarify that your order was placed on Friday 15th after our daily dispatch cut-off time and was checked out using our 2–5 working day delivery service.
As per the service selected at checkout, your order is still within the agreed delivery timeframe. Taking into account the order date and weekend, this coming Friday represents the 5th working day, which is when your delivery is expected to arrive.
We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, however the delivery timeframe selected at checkout remains applicable in this instance.
Shockingly Bad Service
It took something like 10 attempts for DPD to actually deliver, they send random pictures of the road didn't even try I would suspect. Took nearly 3 weeks for our order to be fulfilled.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery delays.
Having reviewed the situation, the issues described here relate specifically to the courier service provided by DPD rather than the products or service supplied directly by ourselves. Unfortunately, on rare occasions we do experience issues with third-party couriers where deliveries are repeatedly delayed or unsuccessful despite parcels being dispatched correctly from our side.
We always strongly recommend customers contact us directly as soon as any delivery issue arises, as we are often able to intervene, escalate with the courier, and help resolve matters much more quickly.
We do appreciate that waiting almost three weeks for delivery is unacceptable and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Whilst the delivery process itself was outside of our direct control, we are continuing to work closely with our courier partners to improve reliability and customer experience moving forward

Sadly not as good as previous. Order 2 items online. within 24 hours I received an email to say both items were out of stock and had to be ordered in (did not say this when I ordered), In the end it took 3 weeks to get my items. I had to ask twice for updates and each time the expected delivery time scale provided was missed. If I had known they did not hold the stocks I would have shopped somewhere else. Has put me off ordering again if i'm honest

Excellent product
Excellent product. It was easy to apply with a geared cartridge gun. It sets like concrete so we are hoping it will be a permanent repair to the cracked render on our house.

I placed an order for items that were in stock and waited eight days before chasing up ,I was then told it would arrive on the following day , chased up again as this did not arrive again , then I was told it would arrive the day after that , only part on the order arrived , chased up again to get a new date for the balance to follow , our client needed this product quickly , unfortunately going forward our customer said they would source these item elsewhere

Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the delays and inconvenience caused with this particular order. Having reviewed the situation, we fully appreciate your frustration, especially given the urgency of the products required for your customer.
In this instance, the issue unfortunately arose with the courier delivery through DPD, where attempted deliveries were made outside of expected hours and the goods were subsequently returned back to us. Whilst this was outside of our direct control, we completely understand that the responsibility ultimately falls with us as the supplier, and we did our best to communicate updates and rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
That said, we do feel this isolated delivery issue does not fairly reflect the wider service and relationship we have built with Travis Perkins over many years. We have successfully supplied hundreds of orders nationwide across multiple branches, consistently providing strong service levels, support, discounts, and credit facilities, and we always aim to go above and beyond for our Travis Perkins customers.
We were disappointed that despite our attempts to resolve the matter directly, this review remains in place, particularly given the longstanding partnership and overall volume of successful orders completed without issue.
Nevertheless, we do appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve both our communication and delivery processes moving forward.
