I recently purchased a blind date with a book bundle, although there was a long wait for the product to arrive- this is clearly stated on the website. When it did arrive it was 100% worth the wait!

Customer service was the best!

Will definitely be making another purchase again soon.

I ordered a glass for my daughter, rinsed it in warm water before use and the sticker peeled off. No lid or glass straw included. Contacted immediately with photos and was promised a fix. Never heard a thing since.
Happy to post videos packing orders and sending to influencers. But coincidentally deletes the countless negative comments querying orders and quality.
Honestly disappointing as I gave a year to be resolved.

I recently ordered off of this website and although it is a long wait - it’s clearly stated on the website, although I do understand this may be issues with some people. However when this arrived it was the best and brought me so much joy! It’s worth the wait 100%!

Total scam. Never received gift and no one responding. Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering.

I am absolutely over the moon with both the product as well as the service that I have received from The Dopamine Club. The special touches and care that have been taken are well worth the wait.

I will be purchasing more products shortly for others as well as myself.

UPDATE on my order:

Unexpectantly got my order today. No notification anywhere since November 5th 2024, so its taken 9 months!!! for my order to arrive. I was convinced i'd never see it (no communication what so ever).

When i opened it, only 2 of my 6 items were the ones i ordered. I searched the website for the rest but they no longer exist, so im fairly sure they just put whatever resembled the most, and of those 4 items i can only use 1.

So i waited 9 months with no update since november and no reply anywhere for my order to not even be 50% correct and only 50% usuable.

I will still warn people to not buy from this business - it seems like a hit or miss and with alot more misses than hits.

Order history until update:

Placed an order in October 2024, and got the confirmation email. November 5th i got another email saying it was prepared for sending - its now been 2 almost 3 months and its not even been handed over to the delivery service! They haven't gottten it and there's no response on email, tiktok or instagram.

I made an order on 6th July, received 12th August and 1 item is missing
Very disappointing as this was birthday gift for my friend.

This was my second order and last.

Appalling customer service — multiple emails sent for an update regarding my order that I ordered over a month ago, with no response. Lots of time for marketing with absolutely no time being invested to reply to customers. Under every new social media video or picture there are multiple complaints surrounding the same issues from her customers that get immediately deleted. This business is either taking on too much that it can’t cope with, or it’s a scam…

Shocking customer service, you have to pester to get a response. Happily post videos on social media of packing orders but Awaiting weeks nearly a month to receive mine (still not had it) I cancelled it via the bank as the reviews alone tell me the truth. Absolutely gutted as I was so looking forward to this little gift for myself and truly feel it’s wasted my time.

Placed my order over a month ago to only receive today. On ordering, the lead time was 14 days but this wasn’t adhered to.

Terrible communication: the order confirmation for some reason weirdly got sent by text message - nothing by email; and no notification upon shipping either.

Asked for an update on my order to be told it’ll be shipped ‘very shortly’ but was actually shipped 2 weeks later. I sent multiple messages to the Instagram page and was about to start a chargeback when my order turned up randomly.

Very cute theme and packaging, however one item was missing which is annoying as I spent so long waiting for it to arrive anyway. If you don’t care how long your order takes to arrive, only then would I recommend this business.

Received my blind book order and it is beautiful!! I enquired about delivery and they responded with the time frame and the products are lovely. Highly recommend ❤️

If I could put zero stars I would. Communication is terrible, order didn’t arrive. Such a shame as advertisement & social looks the dream but couldn’t be far from the truth. Gave feedback got nothing, really disappointing especially when you’re looking forward to an order.

The branding, packaging & order is really beautifully done… I must say it took a while for the order to arrive & the customer service possibly doesn’t receive messages? It was slightly confusing in terms of delivery as it randomly arrived one day… but with that being said the order was really nice and the items are good quality! If you don’t mind waiting, I would recommend this brand!

Absolutely love it. I bought a blind date with a book with a glass tumbler. I love the tumbler design and all the little accessories that come with it and my book. It came beautifully packaged. It took a little time to arrive but worth the wait and just goes to show how a little business can go viral with some awesome marketing. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Products are nice but customer service is absolutely shocking. Took 3 months to receive my order and despite chasing her numerous times via email or social media, I got no response (unless you count all my comments on her social media being deleted)! Was convinced this whole thing was a scam until my randomly turned up one day in late December.

I came across this business whilst I was scrolling reels. As soon as I saw it I thought it would be a perfect gift for my friends 30th birthday, but I had left it a bit last minute. I DM’d them on instagram asking if there was anyway I would be able to receive the order before Thursday (this was the previous sunday) even though they said their turn around time was 14days. They responded that they could post out on Monday 48 hour delivery. The box came on the Wednesday and I could not be happier! It looked amazing and I’m ordering one for myself now too.

Amazing customer service. Would definitely repurchase and recommend.

I ordered a Mystery Bundle Box back at the beginning of May, having ordered from The Dopamine Club before I was aware that there would be a wait for delivery. The website says 14-21 working days but I think with how successful it has been on social media this might not have been updated. They are a one person small business so I appreciate it must be really hard to have a quick turnaround.

I wasn't sure if my order had gone through as I couldn't find my confirmation email and when I messaged on TikTok I did get a reply confirming my order and it arrived shortly after.

I have to say it was worth the wait! The experience of unboxing this was brilliant and provides you everything you need to have a lovely few hours immersed in your book! The products are really high quality and this felt like a total treat.

If I could give a negative I would. I ordered at the beginning of May with the understanding it was a 14 working day turn around. When this passed I emailed the merchant as at the same time the website had gone offline. This appeared again the next day and saw that the processing time quote there was 21 working days. I waited this time out, and still no reply to emails. I sent 3 in total, chasing for an update to my order. I finally decided to dispute the charge with my bank. Such a dishonest business, still posting and deleting negative comments from social media. I wouldn’t recommend at all, but you know what they say, Karma will eventually come all the way around.
