DISGRACEFUL! Bespoke door paid 2k for from Ish and Shiraz. Door has cracks in several locations after few months. Terrible customer service quality is embarrassing Shiraz ignored me for weeks making up excuse and now refuses to refund me! Was assured it was made with high quality oak by their quality carpentes yet door has fallen apart within months! Beware of this scam company!

Since their response I feel obliged to respond.
First of all they never promptly replied to me. They ignored me for approximately 8 weeks after I reported the cracks appearing it was Ish was kept feeding me lies about his carpenter is off then he is investigating the problem which was completely false.
His friend Ish only actually bothered to contact me after I started court proceedings about this scam company and begged me not to proceed.
I have had 3 companies come since and all
Shocked how a bespoke door made within 6 months could be so poorly made who have all advised a new door AND frame needed!
In response to your goals do you actually believe any of the rubbish you type?
High- quality products? FAIL
Excellent customer service? BIG FAIL
Take feedback seriously? FAIL AGAIN
I now have to take this joke of a company through court to get my money I have kept all evidence of messages and photos documented to show.

I recently purchased The Zebrano Abachi Four Panel Glazed Fire Door from Doors2floors.. Transaction was completed by phone, the door arrived in less than a week, well packaged and in perfect condition. The finish is so polished I had assumed it was a manufactured material, but on installation discovered its actually natural wood. The door manufacturing is a very high standard, beautifully made, it's dimensions are perfect..

In short, both me and my client are very pleased with the product and service received.

Ordered 7 Suffolk doors and furniture on Tuesday 26th, delivered Thursday 28th. Simply cannot fault the standard of service we have received from these guys.The quality and price of the doors are far in front of the big diy chains. So glad we were recommended to them and understand why. Thank you 🙂🙂

Doors arrived within a few days, we had to store them for a couple of weeks but they were finally fitted today and are extremely pleased with them,would recommend the company based on my experience with them

We ordered some hardware for a new door from Doors2Floors. Whilst the delivery time was longer than we would have liked, I understand that was because of the suppliers, and therefore out of Doors2Floors control. The customer service provided by Ish was very good, he followed up frequently with us to update us on a replacement for a damaged item and then followed up again on the day of arrival to ensure we were satisfied.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Lots of damaged doors and company refused to replace or refund.

The damage was significant not small dents. You cannot see the damage whilst wrapped.

Customer service from this company was excellent from start to finish. Contact with the company and response calls and via email was very prompt and helpful. On placing our order, we were kept informed of delivery times and on arrival of the doors the driver was friendly and very helpful assisting with unloading. The quality of the doors was exceptional; having opted for the pre-finished Suffolk oak doors we were delighted (ps my partner is a carpenter and is not always easily pleased!) Would not hesitate to recommend this company and look forward to showing them off and recommending them to our friends. Particular thanks to Ash and his super team 👍

After being let down by my previous supplier I found the doors i was looking for on this website.I placed my order for the next day delivery.After the order was placed I received a phone call from them saying they were in stock I explained what had happened previously and they offered to deliver the doors the same day with a discount of £50.The doors were delivered well within the time slot great customer service . Very good service I ordered 5 door handles 2 of which screws were missing. I emailed and screws were received the very next day. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. Fast delivery and very good customer care.

Recently bought two doors and handles, both are of excellent quality. There was a slight hiccup as the handles were not sent with the doors. This was rectified and they were delivered quickly. Good communication.

Went in to shop and was taken care of by a very nice salesman, ordered 14 doors and was kept up to date of delivery schedule and time all the way through to receiving the doors, great service and product would recommend to anyone

Ordered 13 doors. When the delivery arrived one was missing, one wrong size and four damaged!
The process of getting these replaced has been slow, painful and frustrating from start to finish. All in adding an extra six weeks to the process, completely unnecessary. Pleasant to deal with and will respond, but seemingly endless things going wrong, delays and by the end untruths (stating they asked for express delivery when the supplier confirmed they had not)
I would not recommend. By the end i had zero confidence that any delivery undamaged or without hitch.

Ordered 6 doors, 2 different types within seconds of placing my order I received an email from customer service stating unfortunately 2 of the doors were out of stock and did I want to cancel the order. I said I didn’t and was happy to wait, customer services emailed me updates regularly and they were delivered on the expected date, the quality is fantastic, prices were good, customer services were great. High recommend this company

Faultless service and impeccable quality. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. From production to delivery everything was to the very highest of standards. The quality and finish on the doors is superb. Highly recommend.
