Lack of effective communication and follow up report
When booking I specifically requested an afternoon appointment on three separate occasions for logistical and work reasons. However, on the day the Engineer wanted to come at 9am, I managed to push him back until after 12pm but was extremely stressed due to the inconvenience of the situation. In addition, three days later and I am still awaiting the Boiler Service Report. I have phoned and requested it already, to no avail. The service I have received from Domestic Appliance Guard id less than satisfactory.

The engineer who visited to fix our machine was great. He phoned to make the appointment and kept us informed of eta. The appointment was available within a few days of reporting the fault and was luckily resolved very quickly.
