Engineer rang to say he was 5/10 mins away,just came to check the boiler as I had just taken out a new contract, wasn't there very long,10 mins approx, said everything was ok,everything seemed ok.

It is straight forward. Easy to follow and understand. but does not give info about documentations until at the end. I want a printed letter and terms and condition so i can keep and refer to when i want. digital materials are difficult to find easily.

Lack of effective communication and follow up report
When booking I specifically requested an afternoon appointment on three separate occasions for logistical and work reasons. However, on the day the Engineer wanted to come at 9am, I managed to push him back until after 12pm but was extremely stressed due to the inconvenience of the situation. In addition, three days later and I am still awaiting the Boiler Service Report. I have phoned and requested it already, to no avail. The service I have received from Domestic Appliance Guard id less than satisfactory.
