Poor service
I requested a boiler service on 19-SEP and emailed the last boiler service . Today is 22-SEP and still not heard anything back. I have to think if I had a emergency call out how long would that take to get a response. Very poor service considering I recently joined the scheme

The Engineer was perfect
The Engineer was perfect, polite and informative.
What I disliked was that the service would be undertaken between 080..0 and 18.00 . despite my attempts to get an idea when the service would take place, I lost a whole morning staying in, in case the engineer arrived. I will not be renewing if this time allowance is continued

Just signed up with DAG for my yearly boiler service. The consultation over the phone is good and managed to get very competitive cover for my 1st year cover for my boiler. I would recommend any landlord to sign up for the 1st year discount with DAG.

I took out policy
I took out policy
Then machine came up with fault it was just a coincidence the it happened 1 hr after policy was taken out
They refused the repair and basically accused me of a false report

The gentleman I set up my cover with was polite and helpful , he even told me I would be contacted around May next year to book my annual boiler service , as my last service with my previous provider was at the end of May 2026.

Totally hopeless service run by robots with no human help
I signed up for multiple home appliances. The first repair was the light in my microwave. This was fixed and then failed within a month. All subsequent attempts to contact the company have failed. The app is faulty and will not complete a booking, the error message said ‘try later’ and after a week, the same errors happened. I then went online to the website and booked a claim form after two attempts, no form was emailed or texted to me. Telephoning the helpline is hopeless. After wasting your time with endless requests to pick options, they then say they are unable to reply and you should go to the website which of course does not work. It seems to me that the whole service is simply a hoax and I am unable to achieve any satisfaction at all. Do not book with them it is a trip to misery
