I was so happy I walked into this store. I was educated on what hair to purchase unlike I've ever been before. The hair I had in my hair itched like crazy. I didn't have it in my hair more than 2 weeks. I was so happy to finally purchase hair that was not only beautiful but felt good in my hair......no itching!! This is my new go to for quality hair!!!

I am glad, I invested my money on right product which is more worth than the money I have spent on it.I am always happy to refer this store to all my friends and family as they have such a good quality products which lasts forever.

This is my third wig from Dolly Luxury Hair and it’s gorgeous. So well made and exactly what I ordered. This company is a safe pair of hands - they always produce high quality wigs and when you’ve lost your hair, products like theirs really make you feel like yourself again.

The hair was a beautiful masterpiece. I got the light teal blue. I had received sooo many compliments. Light shedding and color lasted about a full year before washing out.

Disgusted. Waited almost 7 wks (arrived 04/04/23) when advised it’s 1-3 wks. The wig isn’t the one from the picture and was advised to send it back and they will dye it but no refund allowed. I advised I will be getting a full refund as it’s the law. What I ordered wasn’t what I received. My advice is to use PayPal or Klarna (pay in 3 payments) as you can stop further payments if there’s any problems which is what I’ve done. Waiting for seller to give me return address but still waiting. Again, I’ve stopped further payments until she accepts the return. Never ever will I use the company again as this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems but it’s definitely the last. AVOID unless you don’t mind wasting money on something you didn’t order.

I tried to contact them for a refund, as colour and length received was different to what I ordered and also one side was much lighter colour to the other side. No response whatsoever. Was afraid to send it back as no response from them, so preferred to be stuck with faulty product than nothing at all, in case they wouldn't refund.
In the end, had to cut it to the length I actually ordered and paid for. And had to colour it myself to the colour I ordered. STEER CLEAR.

They have bad customer service and it like 3 to 4 weeks ti receive the hair and the quality is ok not good as they say

The delivery time of three weeks just isn't true. There is no proactive communication regarding your purchase so the customer is left in a constant state of concern. I spent hundreds and months later have no clue if I have been scammed or not. Customer service responds, sometimes, but they don't seem to truly be connected with the process and timing of things. I hope to be able to leave a better review when receiving the product, hopefully within the next calendar year.

My first real hair wig : the color is gorgeous, the hair super soft. The lace is however bulging, so will have to search for glue, but it is due to my little head I think. As it is my first real one, I can not compare.
