My dogs smell really good with his FEFE fragrance

Love the experience,my first time buying.

the dog collar that i received was very nice, but it started peeling (the outer red leather) off and i was afraid my dog may eat the stuff that peeled off.

Smell is great. Got it on time.

Great experience and service from the Bellagio team.

They assured me this was the same scent form the 90s. The fragrance created by Jean-Pierre Mary. Does not even come close.

Employees was a great host welcome me with open arms. Offered champagne helped find my birthday outfit. Was very opened patient

Ho acquistato dal sito ufficiale uno scialle che è arrivato dopo 20 giorni dall’acquisto. Ovviamente non mi serviva più poiché avevo effettuato l’acquisto per una cerimonia ormai trascorsa . Il capo Arrivava dall’estero ma sul sito nessuno lo indicava. C’erano problemi con ups per lo sdoganamento dell’articolo. Dopo tutte le fastidiose procedure di sdoganamento, ricevo finalmente l’articolo dopo un mese dall’acquisto. Sibito dopo averlo ricevuto, provo a rendere il pacco. E’ cominciata così un’odissea perché ogni volta che ups ritirava il pacco, ogni volta dopo due gg me lo riportava, nonostante l’ etichetta per il reso me la fornisse lo stesso Servizio clienti . Così per tre volte consecutive , finché chiedo nuovamente aiuto al ServiIo clienti il quale mi informa che essendo ormai passati 14 gg per effettuare il reso ( non per colpa mia) hanno affidato la pratica ad un reparto superiore e quindi ad oggi, dopo 3 mesi sono ancora al punto Di partenza. Mi sembra ingannevole questo modus operandi poiché sul
Sito bisogna specificare la provenienza dell’articolo e i tempi di consegna dello stesso. La pratica di reso dovrebbe essere più snella e rapida e soprattutto il servizio clienti non mi è stato
Utile in nessun modo perché dopo tre mesi sono ancora in attesa che il problema venga risolto.

The no return policy was never explained to me and they denied me a return a day later. They also didn't explain that it's different return policy than the main dolcegabbana.com store. I would never shop at this boutique again, and if I wanted to buy the brand, I would do it at Neiman Marcus or something

The gift box was nice and the packaging arrive with no damage!!

It's lame. I tried to return light blue and got laughed at. It's like scented water; not at all as described and CERTAINLY nit eau de parfum.

I love the products but I never received a promotional item, and coustomer service was not great. Also their return policy is a bit lacking when items haven’t even been opened and you just received the item.

There’s nukes in your products that attack people.

I love their fashion different - not the same as other designers, love their simple and modern styles as well so feminine. Their fragrances are unique !!!

Everyone loves the sent and it last all day it actually last more then a day it stays on my clothes until they get washed I’m definitely getting another bottle

Got a defective bottle of cologne and customer service refused to help . I reached out multiple times and provided all info they asked . Waited for weeks to any responses . Then they said too bad and wouldn’t help take care of the issue . I’ll never be buying any D& G products again after a terrible experience with their customer service team
