It’s always a pleasure and happiness when I get this perfume The One. It is a long delicious scent. I ordered online, it came super fast and a beautiful perfume box. Thank youu Dolce you have been my number One for 20 years.

The product is amazing and high quality. Came to my house in a reasonable time and the boxing was lavish. Dolce and Gabbana is the best if you want and Fashion or Fragrances!

I ordered perfume and lipgloss online and both came in beautiful package. It was my first purchase as a gift for myself and it felt so.

The representative in Las Vegas was amazing! Tomo found the purse that my wife wanted and had it shipped to our home in Florida. My wife originally saw the purse in Paris in the spring but didn’t get it then… when we returned home she was told that there were none left in the US and she wouldn’t be able to get it. I told Tomo that I needed it by her birthday and he got it to me with 2 weeks to spare! Great customer service!

When I Managed at the Pop up I truly had the best time, and the best team. My Team wanted to work hard and they were passionate. I did transition over to Saks in Beverly Hill, once i went to Saks everything changed. Erica Santiago was my AE I truly believe that she wanted to elevate me, however the vendors that kept coming in kept treating the counter as if it was there and they were not letting me properly manage. I had to follow a saks protocol with how the counter looked visually, so i changed the counter up to saks standards and on my days off the vendors kept changing it to their liking. One vendor in particular kept causing problems with the store and the associates. I’ve voiced my opinion about this person from the pop up even made it aware that i was not comfortable working with this person because she once told a colleague that “she had it worse than the slaves”. That officially made me feel very uncomfortable and no one did anything about it. They continue to put this person at my location, and she continued to fight with the people at the store, making others feel uncomfortable. I did have another vendor who kept throwing little jabs at me and insinuating and reminding me that he no longer work there anymore and that he no longer able to lead because someone else was leading, but also telling the higher-ups that I was talking behind his back. This company would do amazing if you had real make up artist working for you people that are truly passionate about the brand like I once was not people that are insulting each other and making each other feel bad. I did truly love this brand, but you guys really need to evaluate who you bring on board. I’m sorry on how things ended but my mental health is more important than arguing with vendors.

Awesome! Delivery service was faster than expected

I bought many things from dolce Gabbana Beverly center and Rodeo Drive couple of things and unfortunately, my son‘s wedding was canceled because of the war overseas in Israel so he never got married and I would like to return just a chain with the earrings. That’s about it! so they’re telling me that the 30 days past due,And they cannot do it!
That was really upsetting.
I would like my money back! The wedding was canceled because of the war was that was going on.
It’s not my fault!

Cost, Convenience and Speed.

Item ordered arrived broken and it took over 2 months to resolve the issue.

It was a Christmas gift for my son.

The overall experience was top quality classy. I loved the packaging the perfume arrived in, which was received in a timely manner. After several uses of the perfume, I now smell it all day. I love fresh fruit scents with a touch of citrus.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with before. Never purchasing from this designer company again.

Sent me the wrong size order charged me way too much money took me months to get my money back when I returned. It wasn’t a good experience at all.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the exclusive in-store scent collection. I can’t remember her name but I’m happy I bought the candles I did.

My items came packaged very nice and the free gifts were a surprise.

Service at the San Francisco boutique has definitely gone down, still love the brand but seriously huge change in service
