I was late in registering my car so I was charged more than normal. I was deployed and could not get to the office. The person at the window was polite but I dont think I should have been charge extra money.

Customer service fine; cost of it all, not fine.
I have no complaints about the customer service at all, but you got only one star because of the cost of it all, robbing me over $2000. Stickers $230 by themselves? Don't you think that's a little outrageous having to pay that much every two years? That there ruined it all and you need to get it where it's affordable for everybody, not just the rich and elits, or put people into debts. State of Oregon got the worse cost of living, ever, and nobody cares ...

You'll be in Line for Hours
Lines take way too long, the people working work very slowly and there's not enough people working (though that's more understandable with the small venue space). But the people working ARE very nice.
