WAS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES TO ASK WHERE ARE MY DECALS THAT I PAID FOR 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED!!!DMV SUCKS!!!!THEY WILL CHARGE U $5 IF U GO TO THEM!!!!!

Can't login to my account, can't re-register!!! DMV is the worst in the word! Since I tried to login yesterday and today the account is locked. A Support Website person told me to wait 30-minutes and try to register again. Did not work. Feb up.

What happened to the first come first serve policy? You check in with the receptionist and given a letter with a number. Seems to me that it is purely discrimination. Customers coming and going way after you arrive and your are sitting, sitting and sitting at the Culpeper location for 2 and a half hours. Young man came in at 5PM and number called right away. Same situation at the Fair Oaks Mall location. I sat down and asked the young lady next to me how long she had been there. Answer was 20 minutes. Her number was called with 2 minutes. I sat for 1.5 hours only to find out that the person that called my name would not accept my official US Postal change of address when at the top, it says, all persons with the last name on the change of address. She was purely in a bad mood and just shook her head no. Returned the next day and sat another 1.5 hours for the person to approve my new resident drivers license application and accepted the US Postal change of address. Welcome to Virginia!

The DMV is much better organized than years ago. Services usually fast and people are a lot more friendly there then like I said years ago night and day

Our first visit was a disaster. Second visit went very well. The first wait line (front desk) should and could be the only wait line. Listen to the needs and Give the customer a number after checking and making sure the customer has all paperwork needed. Also the first associate told us we needed a special document whereas the second associate said we did not. The second associate was very helpful and gave us great customer service

Professional, helpful, friendly.

I was late in registering my car so I was charged more than normal. I was deployed and could not get to the office. The person at the window was polite but I dont think I should have been charge extra money.
