The items were great and reasonably…
The items were great and reasonably priced. I had looked online and decided to pop into the shop to save waiting for a delivery. The shop does not hold stock nor did it have a sample of this item so it was a complete waste of time. The website should make clear that stock is not held in store. I found i needed an extra lock so bought that elsewhere so I didn't have to pay delivery.

Hi Sarah, thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately as the ironmongery catalogue is so large we are not able to hold all items in stock in our showroom. However we do have a large sample on display, so I am very sorry to hear that your product was not one of those that were available to view in person. I will certainly pass on this review to our team to make sure that we are clear and precise on our website in the future about what we do and do not have on display.
With regards to our pricing and the product; I am thrilled to hear that you are delighted with both the pricing and the quality.
Thank you again for your time to review us, and for shopping with us. Kind regards, Grace.
