Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer service and the description of the products. I believed I ordered a 3 tier cake cabinet to then receive just the front panel of it. I enquired with the team ant displaypro about this, they stated I had only ordered the front panel which I accepted was my error, however the description was not clear. They went on to say I was able to return the item. I requested a return for it to be rejected. So now I have paid £28.99 for a square piece of plastic that I have absolutely no use for.

Faultless ordering experience.

Query sent using form on website and email received with quote for bespoke size item. Olga has been most helpful throughout the ordering process and I look forward to receiving the items.

Mirrored cup cake tier stand

This is the first time I had purchased from Displaypro. I was delighted with the quality and speed of delivery. The display stand was very easy to assemble and did the jog beautifully

The shelf is creased on delivery

The shelf is creased on delivery. Tried to phone the company on Saturday morning 3 times , told I was 1st and 2nd in the queue only to be kept waiting for more than 12minutes each time . If they are not open on Saturdays the answer phone should say so . Will try and call them Monday
