Just ordered a bunch of princess dresses and shoes for my daughters birthday kept upto date on delivery progress and the hermes delivery driver whom always delivers is very polite... Opened the dresses etc to check them and they are absolutely stunning and very well made my daughter is going to be over the moon with them highly recommended if you have a little princess

Where do I begin. Ordered jasmine PJ for my daughter Nov. 27th. Only received the top that was thrown into a shipping bag. Very disappointed on presentation due to paying over $50 for a pair of pajamas and didn't get full order. I called immediately and they said UPS would pick up. After several calls over 3 weeks no one ever picked the package up. They finally emailed me a return slip and I sent back in mail. Now its February 15th and still no credit on my account. They received the product back the first part of January. I have now called 8-10 times and have spent 30 to 40 minutes on the phone. Still no credit and now I find out they have actually charged me 2X. This is ridiculous. I don't know what to do at this point. This is fraudulent.

Following the tracking number I checked not only that the shipping is taking more than 5 days but that the delivery appears as COLLECTION FAILED.

I was very disappointed so I checked everything and I discover that despite that I provided all the data correct, and appears correct in the placed order mail, they CHANGED LATER! and

In the last mail I received (the one with the tracking) they miss my house number!!!!

Why? no idea, but I have not my money not my items and contact customer service is usefulness!!!!

I have sent prove to them of all of this and for the moment I have any reaction...

Order never delivered despite confirmation and claiming it was. Limited stock of multiple items on my order meant half my order was no longer obtainable except via ebay at inflated prices. Bounced around multiple departments all saying I had to speak with someone else to get this sorted out. Disney's interpretation of good will is £3 extra refund after spending hours sorting this out with them.

I purchased one of the Disney Tradition statues as a christmas present and it arrived instantly and in lots of packaging, couldn't be happier!

If I could give this company 0 I would.

After purchasing a marvel onesie for my 7 year old for christmas it fell apart. I placed a second order (in stock) (prior to their opening hours) and when I phoned disney store customer services they cancelled the order and said don't worry we're sending out a free of charge replacement.

Only to now be told (after chasing up the whereabouts of the onesie) that disney store have cancelled it as they have no stock now. My 7 year old is gutted.

Why wasn't it sent out straight away when the stock was there??? All you get us lies and empty promises from this company.

I am fuming. I would not deal with this company again.

I bought an ornament for my daughter's 2nd Christmas. I was honest at the store in Mississauga,Ontario, Canada and told them the ornament fell off the tree. I don't know how many times an antique ornament or another ornament that I have had in my family has fallen off a tree and they have survived the fall. Anyway this ornament dropped and lost an arm off of Minnie Mouse. Cheaply made perhaps, not sure, but I even had my receipt. They said sorry they don't replace items that have fallen from trees. Not very good customer service I thought. I will never buy another Disney ornament ever again. They said I could buy the same one again I think not.

I ordered 2 toys for my 2 grandsons Christmas from Disney Store on Sunday 17th December. My parcel arrived on Thursday 21st December with only one of these items in the box but a delivery note for 2 and the amount which I had paid. When I called their helpline it was closed so I sent an email which can take up to 24 hours for a reply. I phoned the helpline next morning to be told as there was no way now of getting it out in time for Christmas there was absolutely nothing they could do except refund my money. The only other option was to send it out but I wouldn’t receive it until 28th or 29th December. How can I explain that to my grandson when he was told he would be receiving this gift on Christmas Day?? I asked if I could speak to someone else or make a complaint but was told that wasn’t possible. This has got to be one of the worst customer service responses I’ve had from a well known company. The unhelpful response I received for their error is disgusting. Surely with 3 days to go until Christmas they could have send this item out using an express delivery courier. I vow never to buy from them again, I’m so disappointed!!

Customer service people get pay for nothing. I had problem with every single order from disneystore. I either got 1 out of 5 items or never received. Customer service useless. I am still waiting for refund for never received order. Every time I call them they tell me a different story. I will never order from disneystore again.

I ordered an item from the website last Christmas & it was quick & easy. The courier they use however, left it on full view outside my house on a busy street. Luckily I got home shortly after they’d been or it could’ve gone walkabout. We used to have a store in my hometown, but sadly it closed. Also I wish they could advise as to when sold out items are due back in stock on their website, I’ve been waiting for weeks for an item to come back in, but as yet it hasn’t so I’m assuming it won’t be.

Absolutely terrible customer service...so far I have waited 26 days for them to refund broken items they sent me...anytime I ring up I’m given different info, one person told me to allow 7 days for return then 5 days for them to issue refund, then after that I rang again to be told it was actually 14 days for return to be processed and a further 5-7 days for a refund!!!! They have told me via live chat they have recieved my item and I should get a refund in 5-7 days....low and behold still no refund!!!

Disney Store has the audasaty to ask me to comment on a order that I did not ever receive for my six year old daughter and then when I advised them that I did not ever receive my order and that it caused upset for my daughter despite their customer services kindly providing a full refund they tell
Me that they choose not to post my feedback.

Amazing and proves that companies are very selective of what they post.

Really helpful in the Nottingham Store. I love going into a shop where staff have the time for a brief chat, as well as spending the time helping you. So many stores atm seem to have such stressed out over worked staff, you dont stay too long. Definitely made a couple of purchases I wouldn't have without the help! Lol. Thanks Nottingham :)

Love disneystore, pity they don’t do click and collect

Item missing from parcel. Went on live chat, really in helpful. One comment they made was there is no reason why it should be missing. Made me feel like I was being accused of making it up. Offered to send a picture of parcel. Was told it would come via standard delivery but couldnt confirm it would be within 5 days. This was for a birthday present that they now will get late. The colleague was not interested, said there is nothing else I can do. I asked to pick it up from my local store, was told that is not possible has it is further than 5 miles away from my address. They don’t care what is best for the customer, in fact they don’t care about the customer at all. This was first time I ordered from them and it will be the last.

The way my goods were packed wasn't acceptable won't be ordering online again so disappointed to see that the pajamas I ordered that were personalized were not packed correctly and all creased also the throw was the same not packed correctly not the sort of image that you would expect , can't return as personalized or I would had returned as received . Think packing team need training on how to repack garments to a better standard so at least they look presentable.

Bit disappointed. Ordered some baubles online on 15th Oct, and as I was due to move house arranged to pick it up from Doddle at Morrisons. Took 10 days for them to deliver it so it was due to arrive on the 25th Oct. However, this was the day I moved house and was then off work for a week sorting stuff out. There was no reminder email that it was waiting, or if I didn't collect it within a certain timeframe it would be returned. Anyway, went for it today - 9 working days after the estimated delivery date (I only just remembered it when unpacking my Christmas baubles during the move!) only to be told they had no record of it and to contact Disney. Rang customer services and they said it had been returned and couldn't tell me when it would be refunded as it hadn't been received by the warehouse yet so I now have to just remember to keep checking my bank account. It was my fault that I forgot about it, but I think a bit more communication from Disney would have helped, reminding me that the delivery date was the 25th for a start. If I'd have had it by courier I'd have had an email saying it had been despatched. Still have to pay the delivery because it's my fault. Not sure I'll use the online service again to be honest. To be fair, the guy at customer services was polite and helpful but I'm still left feeling a bit disappointed that I've had to pay £4 delivery and came out of it with nothing :-(

I love disney items! they are great a little expensive though, wish they would offer lower or free delivery.
