Great sales got the tiles when they said on time good products no delivery problems although no tiles damaged packaging could have been a little better....
.But my 1st place to go back to for tiles

The tiles were delivered with huge pallet. Didnt need this for such a small box of tiles. The delivery wouldn't take it back. I don't have a way of disposing of it!

Needed my tiles quite urgently and I would like to thank Simon at this company for all his help. They had a problem with the couriers and Simon made sure I got the tiles as quick as he could. He even called out of hours to make sure everything arrived in time. I will definitely use this company again thanks to him. The quality of my marble effect tiles were great for such a cheap price too.

We are really pleased with our tiles, great quality at a great price. The samples arrived quickly and the delivery came in a couple of days too, great service would definitely recommend Direct Tile Warehouse😊

In December 2018, me and my now husband bought our first home together. It is a new build and what drew us to this particular house was the kitchen! We had a very clear vision of how we wanted the kitchen to look but the builders tile options just weren’t doing it for us. So we set to work scrolling through the internet looking for the perfect patterned tiles for the walls. We came across Direct Tile Warehouse and the Nikea Grey patterned tiles. We were instantly in love. The tiles were extremely good value for money and were delivered very quickly with no breakages. We were kept informed during the delivery process which was extremely useful as we needed to deliver them to the builders once received. Our builders kindly tiled the walls for us and honestly we were blown away with how amazing they looked. They are exactly what we wanted!

We cannot fault the service from DTW. Great quality products, at great prices delivered safely and efficiently. We would gladly use DTW again but until then we will admire our beautiful Nikea Grey patterned tiles.

Never again ! Paid the extra to have them delivered a day early. Arrived late afternoon with the pallett company announcing they had been in again.transit all day. Pallett was damaged as were 120/600 tiles. Several 'phone calls and emails logged. Repeatedly asked for pics which were sent again and again. Tiler commented that the survivors were not consistent in size. 14 days later, still NO refund.

Really happy with the tiles I’ve bought but my bathroom installation was delayed due to COVID (local lockdown/self isolating etc) which has meant that it has only just been finished. I’ve got a few boxes of tiles leftover but the store aren’t accepting them back as it is outside of the return policy timeframes. Really disappointing.

Our downstairs toilet suite was about 20 years old so looking tired and as such a small room wanted to try and make as light as possible. We went for a bathroom suite which had a smaller sink and also a back to the wall toilet to hide pipes and make it look neater...The bathroom suite and accessories all came from Victoria Plumbing.

We then used Direct Tile Warehouse for both floor and wall tiles. We chose the white tiles as liked the large size which helped create the effect of a larger room. As we have wood flooring throughout the house we also liked the wood effect porcelain tiles. We wanted a simple but stunning room , one that wont date and is easy to keep clean...

The service from yourselves was great as even though a long wait for floor tiles when ordered they actually came a lot sooner than required.

We absolutely love the room, my favourite is the floor tiles. The plumber was also very pleased with the result and will definitely be using yourselves again when we do the ensuite bathroom later in the year.

Further to my post ‘gutted grouter’ I’m now pleased to advise that direct tiles have reversed their decision, and have allowed me to return the unused products for an exchange.... so a big thank you 😊... David was really helpful.... the tiles , service and delivery on our initial order all went well... and we are now really happy with our purchase.... thank you

ordered 10m2 tiles which needed to be transferred from alternative branch- told would be available next morning (Friday) to collect and id receive a phone call to confirm. 3pm following day call received; went to collect to find only 8m2 supplied and told twice by assistant “that’s right they’ve worked it out”. Not difficult to calculate 50x50 tiles for 10m2 =40 tiles only 32 provided. Told would have to wait until Monday morning to receive remainder and another call would be made. No surprise on no call; arrived to collect Monday afternoon and requested £7 fuel cost out of pocket expenses be deducted from bill. Received response “I’ll give it off your next purchase not doing anything now and if you don’t like it there’s the way out”.
Not about the £7 (which is payable under Consumer Rights Act 2015) it’s about the dismissive attitude that couldn’t care less and the fact I’d lost my opportunity to complete the job on weekend off without any sincere apology.
This isn’t a rant- all factual make your own mind up in supporting this business and it’s arrogant manager.

Our 4 bed detached property in the Wiltshire country needed an upgrade, we decided to replace the wooden conservatory with a new garden room to make the space in to a more useable living space, integrated with the house itself.

The room we eventually designed
was bright and open. We wanted tiles to complement the space, light, bright and open. We carried out research online and came across the “Direct Tile Warehouse ” site which was clear and informative. It was easy to navigate and compare products. The prices were competitive and when we visited the showroom there was a comprehensive display of tiles to view. The service and advice we received was excellent and delivery was prompt. Some tiles were damaged during transit but were replaced without issue.

The tiles we chose were “Calacatta Gris Geo0309”.

We loved the end result, the tiles enhanced the room and achieved the look we were wanted. We have received some great compliments from friends and family. The experienced tiler who laid them was so impressed with the product that he now intends to get some for his own personal use, we were happy to pass on our source and will recommend “Direct Tile Warehouse” to anyone else in the future.

When we moved into our new build home, I knew I wanted a wow factor as soon as people came into our home. I was on the hunt for large porcelain tiles. I wanted something that was going to last, as this is our forever home and also something that looked modern and glam. I chose Direct Tile Warehouse as they had a great selection of tiles, lots of photos, very reasonably priced and when I initially contacted them, they were extremely helpful. I choose the ‘Calacatta White Gloss Floor Tiles- Grey Vein Design’ and I absolutely love them! Everyone always comments on how beautiful they are. We have them in our entrance hallway, kitchen/dining room and utility room. I would 100% recommend Direct Tile Warehouse as they were fantastic throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be happier with the finished results!

Ordered approx 33sqm of an item titled “Black slate effect” which were supposed to be essentially dark grey floor tiles.
When they arrived, we immediately noticed that the tiles had very distinct flashes of light purple in them, some that almost cover the entire tile that were not indicated in either the product listing or the sample cut we had received prior to ordering.
I contacted customer services about it but was totally ignored and got no response from them and so I’m stuck now with a large amount of unusable tiles as the purple is so prominent that we can’t use them.

Very unhappy and appalled at the total lack of response when we raised this with the retailer.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this company as their products apparently don’t match their descriptions or samples and their customer service is non existent.
Total waste of money.

We ordered the best part of 120m2 of floor tiles, along with two types of wall tile.

The initial delivery of floor tiles arrived within a matter of days, and on inspection only a couple were broken (which given the size of the order was to be expected) and Direct Tile Warehouse immediately sent out replacements.

The tiles look fabulous and have given us the look we were after at a fraction of the cost we've seen elsewhere. Would definitely (and have) recommend these guys!!
