the tiles we ordered showed in stock but we were told not available.
An alternative was offered and accepted the wrong ones were delivered and I had to pay the builder to bring in the approx 1 tonne of incorrect tiles and then take them out again for the courier to collect this cost me an extra £150 to the builder and direct tiles refuse to reimburse me. I am very unhappy with the customer service and would caution others regarding my experience.

I guess you get what you pay for. The tiles we wanted were a good price, but that came at a cost. One of the first delivery of tiles had a hairline crack that meant it looked fine on receipt, but when it was laid, it cracked. Direct Tile Warehouse were willing to replace the tile, but not to cover the cost of delivering it. Their argument was that it was reported after the 24 hour deadline and wouldn’t accept that I would have needed to have X-ray vision or to have laid the tile within 24 hours to be able to meet this demand. So, a week later, not to mention £27.50 + VAT delivery charge; the replacement tile and 2 additional tiles were delivered to the cardholder address, not the original delivery address - and 2 of the 3 tiles were damaged. The 3rd delivery finally had undamaged tiles. For the hassle, additional delivery expense, additional tiler expense and additional time the order cost us, I wouldn’t dream of ordering from them again - not to mention potential breach of the law with refusing to get a replacement tile to us!

I had to order tiles from Direct Tile Warehouse 3 x times. All because of changes to my bathroom fitting and me not ordering enough. Each time I immediately received a call to confirm my order and to check tile colours etc and arrange delivery. I think their customer service is excellent and the lady who made the calls was so helpful and considerate. I would definitely order from them again and on top of that the tiles were great and look stunning in my new bathroom!

I ordered exterior porcelain tiles from DTW, although there was insufficient quantity in stock. I was contacted with a delivery estimate of 6 weeks, which I was happy to wait for, and tiles were delivered after about 5 I think.

The border tiles which I ordered were delivered quickly and professionally. No tiles broken and tiles not expensive either.

Placed on order online with DTW for garage tiles. These guys called me to confirm the order afterwards, I made some changes to the colour of tiles ordered, nothing was too much trouble for David who helped me at that point.
Tiles arrived same week, super fast service and well recommended.

Great customer service, they contacted me to let me know that they were waiting for the tiles to come from abroad, gave me the option to cancel order or arrange a later delivery date - on day of delivery the driver called to let me know how long he would be - great tiles that I couldn’t find elsewhere at a great price too - would definitely recommend

Broken tiles in pallets and size I purchased was 50-*50 but sizes were in the pack were 51*50 and some 52*50 which means lots of waste age. I did contact the supplier within a week to inform that there are lots of broken tiles in the pallets at the time of delivery but on one replied until a month later. As I was advised by their member of staff that as long as I open a file with them within 14 day period issue can be resolved later. As I had 3 pallets delivered I wouldn’t know the exact damage so therefore they will be happy to assist me. Once contacted again the team mentioned that it’s outside the timescale nothing can be done. Disgusted and disappointed by the response. Please train your staff do they don’t give out incorrect information.I would not be recommending this firm to anyone please avoid so save the money and hassle

My delivery was quick and informative .
Unfortunately I am unable to leave a review regarding the tiles as we haven’t put them on yet ! However , hoping to do so in next few weeks

Ordered over 120 large tiles the Calacutta marble floor tiles. Everything was excellent from the communication received regarding delivery to the packing of the tiles which arrived on a pallet. Ordered beginning of the week and was delivered by end of week.
Excellent and I had researched these tiles and the price was brilliant also. Will definitely use again and recommend them to everyone

We were on the hunt for Victorian kitchen tiles that not only matched the colours of the kitchen but also with the age of the house. I think I must have ordered at least 20 samples from different places but nothing was exactly right or far too expensive!

I found Direct Tile Warehouse on a bit of whim and was delighted they had a vast range of tiles to choose from and especially Victorian pattern style tiles. I ordered further samples and did a poll on Instagram to get some more opinions.

As soon as I received the samples I knew I would order with Direct Tile Warehouse! We decided on ordering the Olympia Blue Victorian Tiles which were not only great quality but a great price too and the colours and design of the tile matched perfectly.

I was delighted with the service I received and the tiles were delivered when expected and not damaged which I have experienced elsewhere!

We could not be happier with the results. The Victorian kitchen tiles are exactly as we envisaged and go perfectly with our kitchen! We even gave the spares to a family member as they wanted to use them in their porch.
