My local Bodyshop told me about this company. It did sound really impressive so was a little worried. Thankfully I did the right thing and let direct accident handle my crash. I was hand held all the way not sure I could have sorted it all out on my own. The person who hit my car was a little intimidating and direct accident took all the worry away talking to them on my behalf. I did have to do some paperwork but was straight forward and with the help and car they provided I really didnt mind. They do assign a solicitor and I've no issues with them either . I would totally recommend this company I'm an older person who worries but I really didn't need to

We have been using Direct Accident Management for a couple of years and they have been outstanding for us and our clients.They provide hassle free accident management from start to finish.

When a client has been involved in an accident everything is sorted as quickly as possible. If the vehicle is not road worthy, clients are given a like for like hire vehicle so they are not off the road while the claim is being resolved.

When claims have gone through insurance companies they have taken twice as long to resolve with more complications and headaches.

Our area rep Kate has been fantastic with any concerns and questions we or are clients have had.

after an unfortunate event of an accident I was left confused as to what to do as my insurance company were giving me the run around and not returning my calls.
Then I was introduced to Tracey from DAMS, she was amazing and very helpful and put me in touch with a local body shop. I was very happy with the brand new replacement car and the repairs were carried out.to a very high standard.
The whole process was seamless and I was surprised such a service even existed!

I have discussed this company with all my friends so they know who to contact should they have a similar accident.
Little bit of paperwork but happy to do so knowing it has cost me nothing.
Also the fact my premium wont go up and my no claims bonus remains healthy is fantastic.

I have used other management companies in the past but direct accident offer the best service to me and also the customer, they really have the clients best interests at heart not like the insurance companies do who bully them into using there approved repairers and I've had work sent to me which was so supposed to be approved work which was rubbish. The clients like the fact they know where there car is and that they get a hire vehicle whilst it's in for repair

I have been using Direct Accident Management LTD for the past year and I cannot fault there service at all. The are professional and quick with their work.

I used my local garage who put me through to direct accident. From the very first phone call all the way through the repair I felt really comfortable and at ease. I got regular updates and when I called direct accident who ever answered the phone knew everything about my case without me having to explain my self. I got my car repaired quickly and had a great courtesy car. I even got to met the local rep Karli Knew when I picked up my car and she was just as pleasant as the rest of the team and even took time out to have a talk to me to make sure I had no problems.

I used direct accident management when I was unfortunately in an accident.
My garage collected my vehicle and recommended direct accident management as an all round service.
After speaking with direct accident I felt completely at ease. I had a lovely car delivered to me that same day and my repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. They dealt with the other persons insurance company and made sure I was kept informed throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and I highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate situation.

Following my accident I went through another claims company that provided me with a terrible service.
I was then introduced to Kate Ambrose from Direct Accident and HSK Auto Center who took on my claim and are providing me with a brilliant service. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate in the least bit to recommend DAM and HSK.

After being let down by own insurance company I turned to Direct Accident. Following a no fault accident my insurance company had failed to find a garage to undertake the repairs - this was after two weeks. In fact they didn't even tell me - it was only after I called them and they said did I know anyone that could repair the car!

I turned to Direct Accident and to be honest I wish I had done so much earlier. They were fabulous. Within 24 hours I had a lovely clean beautiful (really beautiful!) courtesy car on my drive and my poorly broken car was picked up by the garage for repairs.

Yes there was a bit of form filling and expenditure (general outgoing/incoming) proof BUT when you are given the keys of a very lovely car I would be surprised if there wasn't something to fill in.

The repairs have been done to a very high standard. I did have to return the beautiful car but I have my lovely sparkly car back.

It was all completed with professionalism. I was impressed. I would recommend Direct Accident over and above the insurance companies anytime.
