Me and My Partner Andrew Mclachlan posted a review 2 days ago. Still Dams mcams have not got in touch or answered the simple question to when I'm going to be paid out for my car.
We are still waiting for a call from them as every time we call them we get kindly fobbed off !

I have to say I have used many accident claim Company however this one was amazing the customer service I received was it incredible. The adviser which help me was Patricia Figueira The customer service skills were beyond outstanding she went extra mile call me whenever I need a phone call email me back as soon as possible! She was very customer focused she made sure everything went well with me and my claim she didn’t cut the phone unless I was happy we need more advisor like her thank you very much again I 100% will use this company and will be referring to my friends and family. She was very experienced and professional! also she does speak a different language which is Portuguese for people who do not speak English!

Nevermind dams replying saying they carnt find my case...🤣
This company is a complete pis take.
Luckily my claim is finished now, but when I've renewed my insurance recently I've just found out I still have to disclose my (non fault claim) so complete waste of time even going down this avenue.... You've been warned

Dams is quick and easy to deal with best company By far. Dams are professional from start to finish in dealing with accident claims, they kept me informed throughout the claim process and the outcome was very satisfactory also very fast with providing Courtesy cars! Direct accident management is one of the best around. In fact the only best company in regards to providing replacement vehicles after anyone involved in RTAs. We have used many companies before and never had a pleasant experience with our clients always complaining however since transferring all our clients to DAMS, it has been pleasant and satisfying. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Vehicle delivered within 24 hours of sending over clients, overall from start to finish it has to b a 5 star plus ⭐️

To the point. No wasting of time. Can always relay on the outcome.

Had a non fault accident where a women hit my parked car on the roadside. They sent me a courtesy vehicle which wasn't even a like4like with the engine management light on, i had to send them a photo to prove it was on then had the courtesy of asking me to hang around whilst they called the AA to fix it on the roadside. The chap was so rude and never took in a single word i said. If your a vulnerable person please go elsewhere and do not use this company as they will take advantage off you.

I made the mistake of using Dams be warned!!! Had a non fault accident the other driver hit me head on as he was on the wrong side of the road 100% his fault. I took a hire car from these cowboys and didn't read the small print £2500 excess and the hire costs where extortionate. I returned It after 5 weeks as I couldn't take the risk if anything happened to the hire car. My accident happened in March had to fight to get paid out for the value of my car which they under valued. Had to arrange the scrapping of my car because Dams took ages getting the valuation done and the recovery company could only hold the car for 4 weeks. Then had to wait until June to get paid for the value of my car as it was a total loss. Still waiting for Bond Turner to deal with my personal injury claim which has been a joke you couldn't make up how incompetent this company is only one staff member called Jake has actually helped. I've had to produce all of my financial documentation bank statements for just about everything which has been stressful enough. I'm fighting for a more realistic settlement as my injuries where pretty bad and my car was written off and what they offered me is laughable less then 3k for me over 20k for them even though I'm left in constant pain. Was promised physio therapy which didn't happen so fighting for that as I'm in constant pain everyday. I wish I'd never gone with Dams and this would would have been dealt with months ago. This will probably go to court I thought because the third party was disputing liability but actually I think it's the extortionate hire fees they are fighting not my claim.
All I can say is don't use this company they get you into a hire car quickly for a good reason and it's not for your benefit.

Excellent service and would recommend this company to anyone that has had a non fault accident. This is the second time I have used the company and this experience mirrored my last so shows it wasn’t a one off.
Great customer service and I received a hire car very quickly.
Kept me up to date with the claim and repairs.
Cannot understand the other reviews about financial details etc, if you have nothing to hide and the accident is genuine then this is just a formality and is explained fully.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and thank you for dealing with my claim and injury so professionally

Outstanding speedy service. I never knew that this was an option to use a non fault accident company. I had someone drive into my car and I had a direct replacement and contact from the firm that same day. The total process was explained to me so simply and was so easy and stress free. The solicitors are detailed which gives you a confidence they really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this firm, I got to use the garage of my choice, paid nothing out on any aspect of my claim. Outstanding service all round

DAMS have dealt with my entire claim and I’ve not had to pay a penny!

I was very upset when my insurance said I’d have to pay my excess when the accident was not my fault! They also told me I could not use my local garage because he was not ‘approved’.

DAMS delivered me a hire car, which was paid for my the persons insurance who hit me, and sorted all repairs with the garage that I chose.

Top service and I would highly recommend!

had an accident went to a local garage and they suggested using these people for the process,

what a fail that was, they ask all your financial information and want to know all your account details and savings, as there car rental fees are such a rip off IT WILL END UP IN COURT,

£5000 + rental fees for 2 weeks hire =£378 a day, so much for the whiplash insurance scandal, these people are charging 300+ a day for car hire when you can get it from eurohire for £30 , and then proceed to harras you for your statements and savings info so they can go to court to claim this back ,

AVOID , AVOID , AVOID

Im reporting these people to the consumer watchdog, and trading standards as of right now,

Dams mcams cams you are a scam organization and greedy I had non fault accident and took them 2 and half moth till I got paid and now keep harassing me like I'm the victim and asking for my 6 month bank statements please please never use them and dams Solicitors Bond Turner not the great solicitor all they do keep harassing me for bank statements .my accident was non fault .I thought be straight forward but took them 2 and half month to pay me and after 5 month later keep asking for my bank statements . Not recommend them for anything please use your own insurance

Had a accident and they were quick to get me a courtesy car out 😁 very helpful team, friendly and very informative.

Great service all round from everyone I dealt with, quick response time and and reliable call backs, really quick and smooth process from start to finish with no headache - Like for Like Vehicle arrived quicker than expected! Couldn't complain.

I would not recommend this company. It was recommended by our mechanic who, naturally, receives a cut. The process was slow, meaning the costs to the other party continued to mount. This no fault claim is still unresolved and we are continually asked for detailed financial information from their legal partner Bond Turner, who we also wouldn’t recommend. The process is slow, convoluted and stressful and I would always go through our insurer in future. We also received a penalty charge notice for the Dartford
Crossing when DAMS were driving the car back to their depot, meaning it was still registered under our name even though we’d returned it.

Great service and would definitely recommend these guy's. We Have used them a few times now and never had any issues
