The customer service of DietSpotlight is great. I worked with Albert and he answered my questions and extended my trial time for another month. I am still trying the product and I don't know if I will be buying it. Thank you for good service.

The customer service of DietSpotlight is absolutely wonderful. I worked with Albert I, and he not only answered my questions, but extended my trial for a month at no charge. Sadly, the product did nothing at all for me, so I won't be purchasing anything, but have never had such a respectful "return" of any product. Thank you for the opportunity to give this a try!

Micheal in customer service was terrific!!! I was going to cancel the subscription before I even tried the product becuase I'm on another weight loss program and didn't think I can take this product at the same time. But Micheal looked up the program I'm on and said it would work well together. So I'm going to give it a try!

Great customer service. I had issues while taking the 2 week trial. They listened to my complaints and quickly resolved things to my satisfaction.

Customer service was amazing. I have been having headaches while taking the supplement for a week. Roger was very knowledgeable and explained to me that I may be getting too much caffeine in one day. He is sending me caffeine free supplements so I will still be able to have my coffee every day. Thank you!

When I called Michal was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted. It was nice speaking with him.

I tried the trial product for almost 14 days but did not see much change (only 1lb to 2lb reduction) in spite of regular daily exercise. But the biggest change I noticed was restricted bowel movement and feeling slightly constipated (as I used to have excellent bowel movement before taking this product).

The customer service rep (Michael Wallace) patiently listened to me and suggested alternate options (non-caffeine) version of the product a little longer.

I cannot yet 100% vouch for the product, but the people listened to my issues and suggested alternate options. I am going to give that a fair chance and update the review later.

Roger was GREAT!! The products do not agree with my system, but Roger had an alternative for me! He answered all my questions.

Michael was very helpful and informative. He showed the knowledge he had for the product. I was impressed on how he addressed my concerns and immediately problem solved and came up with a solution.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to complete my trial in the time allotted prior to the auto shipment start day so I contacted diet spotlight to cancel and I had the pleasure of speaking to Roger. He was understanding and very empathetic to my situation and offered to send me another sample and extend my trial period. He was very supportive and made sure I had a way to contact him personally with any questions or concerns. I was not looking forward to making this call because typically companies can be very pushy and the interaction is usually transactional. That was not the case with Roger! I appreciate his time and willingness to help me succeed.

Dietspotlight Roger is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me by asking questions to figure out what habits I have and how to correct or prevent them from being downfall. That alone is motivating.

Today I spoke with Roger and he was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. He was also very polite and made the conversation comfortable as talking to strangers may be weird or rude sometimes but not with Roger! I highly suggest trying out Dietspotlight and giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing product. Currently trying to lose my baby weight and it has helped increase my energy and divert all my food cravings! I had Already lost 6 pounds! No side effects too. Would recommend this to any other new mothers.
