Hadn’t product in store . The sales Lady said sister store will transfer it up to Tullamore store from Athlone So can’t say anything till I receive product. Had to pay full amount up front which I didn’t like . What’s wrong with a deposit .

Click and collect great turnaround
Briarhill Galway had click and collect and no time to wait around! But needed not to have worried
Soon as I arrived dealt with by very helpful staff and back on road in less than 5 minutes.

We went to the store in Airside, Swords to purchase a gas hob. The salesman, Reinard, who dealt with us was both professional and friendly. He was able to answer all our question clearly and was very supportive in helping us make a decision. In all it was a very pleasant experience and is why we regularly chose DID for our home appliance purchases.

After moving into a new house, we needed many new items and I couldn’t recommend the team here enough. We received brilliant advice, a warm welcome and no fuss in ordering in items for us.
