DID Electrical Omdömen 

I visited the store in Kinsale road two weeks ago. I wanted a gas refill for my soda stream. I handed in my soda stream bottle and the person gave me a happy frizz. I asked if he was sure that this was compatible with the soda stream and he assured me it was. I paid over €20 for the refill. I went home and it did not work. I went back to the store 15km away and he said that it was definitely compatible . He said maybe the one I got was damaged. He gave me another one to try again and told me if this one didn’t work I would get a full refund. It did not work. I just returned to the shop and they refused point blank to take back the bottle and refund me. They needed the receipt that I gave the man’s the second time I returned to the shop. He then told me I would have to return tomorrow when there is a manager in the store. So nobody on site to make a decision and I now have to return tomorrow the shop a fourth time. I have offer made purchases from this store but never again. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

The man who brought the washing machine was very pleasant & helpful explaining about the washing machine done great job very professional.

I visited DID store in Mullingar to purchase a new fridge recently. Michelle was so helpful and answered my questions easily. My questions were around size and functionality of the fridge, as well as guarantee terms. Michelle was friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. She took my order and arranged delivery at a time that suited me. The delivery was then made promptly and efficiently as I expected from DID. I received a text informing me of the three hour delivery window and a subsequent call when they were 40 minutes from my home. Delivery was smooth and all staff were professional at all times. I now have a great new Hoover brand fridge freezer for less than €500 inclusive of delivery charge. I am delighted with my purchase. The driver took my old fridge for recycling also. I am buying a new washing machine soon and will definitely purchase from DID Mullingar store. Great customer service, dependable, and good value for money. I highly recommend.

Update, I received delivery of my washing machine today, and the delivery man ,Martin was so kind ,professional. He installed washing machine quickly and perfectly, making sure everything was working properly before he left.
