A very positive experience from good staff.

Shane was extremely helpful in guiding me to choose my washing machine.
He was very knowledgeable + well-informed. Whilst being friendly and professional. When the model I choose was unavailable he immediately found a suitable alternative.
As a regular customer of did over many years, this has been my one of my best
experiences

Friendly Welcome

Staff were very welcoming when we entered the store. John was very knowledgeable in the product we were looking for and was friendly and efficient.

Recently bought Hoover bags from and had a fantastic experience. Adam was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I got the correct bags for my Hoover and made the whole process quick and easy.

Excellent customer service and a credit to the store. Thanks again, Adam – I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend D.I.D Electrical to others! 😊

Great experience

I called into DID Newbridge a few days ago and was very impressed with the service I received particularly from a young man named Adam. He was cordial polite and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided the information I needed to make the decision on my purchase.I would recommend this store to others .
