Even though I may have only gone into the store to buy one of the smallest items sold (A pair of bluetooth ear phones). The service which I recieved was perfect. Team member 'Deji' was very professional and polite to me and helped me where needed.

Staff member Eoin was extremely kinda and helpful. He came straight to me when he saw me looking at the products I was interested in.

I always enjoy going into a DID Electrical branch. This particular store in Limerick (Childers Road) is presented nicely and the staff we're on point with questions and located what I needed, a steam Iron, in a speedy manner.

I would recommend in using DID over Curries, as I find the staff more approachable, genuine and knowledgeble.

Yes, I have been burned by Curries before (not the food, although they can get quite spicy), they need to work on their customer service skills.

I headed into DID Electrical yesterday as I was looking to buy a new pair of earbuds to replace my old ones. From my experience in the store, they provided a good variety of brands to choose from and that team member Oliver was very professional and provided excellent assistance in selecting and purchasing my new earbuds. I would gladly return to the store again if I need to buy to other electronic devices.

​I recently visited DID Electrical in Limerick to purchase a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller and a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds FE 3.

While the products are great, the real highlight of my experience was the sales assistant, Deji.
​Deji was hands down the best retail professional I have dealt with in a very long time. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me out, and he was incredibly nice, approachable, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process.

​I am writing this review specifically in the hope that it comes to the attention of his store manager and upper management. Employees like Deji are a rare find and a massive asset to your company. His exceptional customer service turned a standard purchase into a fantastic experience.

Quick transaction. I was looking for a TV wall mount that I saw online. Went to the store to see if I can buy it right then and there without buying it online. It was quick. In and out in 5 minutes. Staff Marie was very helpful.

We went to the D.I.D. store at One Retail Park in Limerick and Marie was very helpful. We were looking for a tablet and Marie was happy to talk through the different tablets available that had a stylus and she was very friendly. The prices for some tablets were also significantly lower than similar store nearby.

Came in looking for a security camera system for our home. Deji helped me when I first walked in and was really helpful showing me what products they had available. After I had to leave to confirm what I was buying Eoin showed me what they had available in store, what the warranty covered and how they could help in the future. First time buying in store and will definitely come back again.
