I went into DID Charlestown with my…
I went into DID Charlestown with my elderly mam to get her a new fridge and the lovliest girl looked after us so well. So happy and pleasant and her name is Sanshti, i think that is how it is spelled. I explained that mam has dementia and could the delivery guys be mindful of this when delivering the fridge. Sanshti put in a note for the lads and on the morning of delivery they phoned me first to let mam know they were on their way. They then phoned me after delivering mams fridge to let me know it was all done and mam was fine. I was blown away by this and can you please give the delivery lads and Sanshti my thanks as this kindness and amazing understanding and customer service is extremely rare and we are so happy to know it still exists. They are a credit to DID and many thanks again.

Easy experience buying a household item
I went in for an iron and the staff were very helpful with helping me find the right one. The store is spacious and everything is displayed well and the prices are easy to see. It was a smooth operation, they are trustworthy to deal with.

The sales assistant, Patrick, was friendly and extremely helpful with good knowledge of the products, and assisted us in selecting the washing machine that met our requirements.
