I came in knowing exactly what I wanted so I wasn't expecting much need for customer service but Denys in the store by Kinsale road roundabout was really helpful and gave plenty of information to help me out.

Went to DID kinsale road cork to purchase a free standing electric cooker. Met by Calm when I entered the store. He could not have been more helpful and ran me through the options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the units and we agreed on a model. Delivery and installation agreed, the process was simple, efficient and hassle free. Calm was a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to DID.

We had a “tricky” period when we waited for an email to come and collect the ordered item! Eventually, I phoned the local store and was told they were waiting for the item,as I had ordered online! Phoning the online, I was informed it was ready for collection!!at the local store…..!
Eventually, a phone call was received informing me the item was ready and I duly collected it

I was served by Callum who helped me get a Sonos Speaker, very pleasant young man to deal with!

Andrew approached me and offered his assistance. Very polite and able to explain to me about the product I was looking to purchase. Very helpful. I had purchased the product and back in my vehicle within 10mins. Will be back again.

Andrew was super helpful. We went in super stuck for an item. He welcomed us as we entered the shop, asked us what we were looking for and he recommended an item to us told us about it and then finalized our sale. He was super friendly and helpful and I recommend this shop for the service and efficiency.

Went in to buy a small Bluetooth speaker. Michael explained the different types of speakers to ensure I was able to pick the best type for what I needed it for. Always a great experience when I go in.

I just want to thank Callum O keefe for being an exceptionally sound and helpful manager and salesman to deal with. When we had an issue with our tv Callum was a great help to us and helped expediate the complaint process to find an immediate replacement in a timely manner. Restored our faith in humanity. A freat guy to deal with.

DID COURIER ARRIVED AT 4:30 WITH HOP .. LIFTED THE OLD HOB AND REJECTED THE JOB. HE SAID CAN NOT INSTALL.. I REJECTED THE HOB AS IT WAS VERY CLEAR INSTALL AND DELIVERY WAS INCLUDED.
PLEASE CONTACT ASAP TO ARRANGE REFUND..OR HAVE PROPER INSTALL PERSON CALL TO FIT THE HOB.

I Did a click & collect for Turners Cross in Cork. I ordered Garmin v3, two weeks ago still not available to collect. The website says in stocks but staff were very rude and ask for refund and not sure when that will available to collect.

Maria had an excellent knowledge of all appliances and was very receptive of all our questions. We visited a number of times before confirming and each time made us feel very comfortable in what our decisions were. Thank you!
