Helpful staff member

Bought a coffee machine online and collected from Briarhill today. Staff opened up when he saw me waiting outside on his way in and was very helpful. Even offered to carry my order to the car. Think his name was Vinah. Lovely to meet someone so helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service from Ridhul…

Excellent customer service from Ridhul and the team at DID Electrical. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose the right TV. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude. Highly recommend DID Electrical at Briarhill for anyone looking for great service and honest advice!

Awesome

Went in to buy blender vinay was good…

Went in to buy blender vinay was good and he had good knowledge in blenders he understood my use case is diffrent since i will be using it for indian food and he auggested the right model. Happy woth my purchase.
