I made a purchase and an enquiry with Mike at the Briarhill DID store, Mike was extremely helpful and very welcoming with a big hello as soon as I walked in. I have always had a great experience in this store and there always a great selection of brands. I highly recommend this store, the Managers and Staff are very helpful and professional at all times which is a credit to the customer service and sales support.

Fantastic service

I had a great experience with DID…

I had a great experience with DID Electrical through their Online Store. I ordered a Sage Barista Pro, which was listed as a “Special Order Product” meaning it had a somewhat extended Lead Time. To my surprise, I was notified after 4 Business Days, that the order was ready for pickup at the Briarhill (Galway) Store. On the day of collection I was ably assisted by Mike, who was lovely to deal with. Delighted with the service and the Sage Barista Pro 😊
