The customer service assistant Deva was friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything, answered all my questions and made all process easy and stress-free..

Bought American fidge freezer
Bought American fidge freezer, was told it would be delivered on thursday, took day off work, nothing arrived, nobody called me, I called them and was told next tuesday. Fridge delivered powered on, didnt work. Will contact tommorow for replacement/ refund
