Always use DID, good service and always have what I want.

Great staff, nearly always have what I need, super chill vibe.

I was in store in DID electric Briarhill galway to purchase a sound system and the service and advise i recieved was amazing. I ordered my product for delivery two weeks later.
Unfortunately the item got stuck in custmoms ( alot of items delayed due to new imporation tax) but this is where you see and experience the outstanding customer care that they provide. They so kindly invited me to store and the store manager showed me a range of systems and allowed me to borrow one of these until my purchased item arrives in two weeks.
I work my self in customer care and I thought that I was quite amazing but guys this store was way beyond my expectations.
I cannot recommend this store highly enough. They really realy really are there to care for you.

Received I’ve made purchases on 2 occasions from DID Sundrive Rd. Staff on the premises are extremely helpful and when I had an issue with an item they were most helpful in solving it. Today Farhan was very pleasant and efficient

Popped in with my Gran whilst visiting in Ireland, she’s awful with tech and Haydin (not sure how to spell it but beautiful Irish name) was great and really helpful, must admit he was very handsome also and if your reading this before I go home to England next week then maybe I can buy you a drink if big guys are you thing ;)

Either way, very very happy with our trip to DID and would for sure recommend but hands off Haydin ;)

Very nice and helpful service, Rima ( sale assistant) in tallaght DID store,answered our questions patiently and advised us on a hoover model that we had not considered, but which is more suitable for our needs. We are very pleased with the service and with the purchase.

Excellent service

Got a email saying delivery tomorrow between 8-12 and the next morning a friendly driver knocked at 8.30 with our fridge and promptly brought it into the house , he was friendly polite and took our old folk humour in good spirit.. we got the thor American fridge and even though we only have it a few days the wife loves the extra.room and she said for the first time in years it's easy to see what's in the freezer because usually you only see the top and everything below is buried ... Anyway 10/10 ..
