The car showroom is very well organized, and the service provided by everyone, from the receptionists to all the sales associates, was exceptional. Luke, who assisted me from my initial contact through placing my order and collecting my new DBx S, was truly fantastic. He was completely professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Additionally, Mathew, the sales manager, was instrumental in making the entire process smooth and effortless. It is a wonderful place to purchase an Aston Martin.

Charlotte at BMW bodyshop Bristol was fab and helped me get my car sorted at a tricky time as I had a newborn baby. The experience was easy and hassle free for me which was amazing. Charlotte kept me updated throughout which was really helpful!

The loan car I was given had no windscreen washer fluid in it - pretty sure that it’s illegal to drive like that. DL had my vehicle for 3 working days and only managed to fix one of the issues that it went in for under warranty. I was told that parts were on back oder and could I come and collect it as they need their car back ASAP. That was at the beginning of January am I’m still waiting for a resolution to this day.

A total lack of communication from the service department meant I was the one chasing, being passed between service advisors - who were always 'with another customer' and never available when I called. Calls that were sometimes never returned.

Even the coffee machine was broken in reception when I came to collect my car, not that I was ever offered anything by anyone.

It seems to me that DL has far too much work on at any one time to be able to offer good customer service. I'm sure you treat customers like royalty if they wish to buy something, but the service experience has left a very bad taste and is not what I expected from a large BMW franchise. A total disgrace and contempt for the customer at every level.

I will not be using DL again in future and will be sticking with a non-franchise BMW specialist instead.

Luke Holland the sales executive was exceptional. He answered all questions posed in a professional manner . The lady on reception was also delightful. Once a test drive was taken and the sale was agreed Luke made the whole process seamless. Handover day was pleasurable smooth and efficient. If you want to take the plunge and buy a used Aston with timeless warranty this is the place to go !

As long standing customers to BMW, my family and I have always had good service from D. Lovett BMW Cribbs Causeway Bristol. Our recent visit to the Bodyshop was no different and our car came back out in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

The sales staff listened to what we wanted. They then sourced the right vehicle and made every effort to explain its many merits. At the point of sale they took time to explain the many new functions the Velar had to offer. Overall, exemplary service. Thank you Tim Chard in particular.

Could not have been more helpful. I was picked up from Bath Railway station which helped a great deal with the logistics. Lots of attention and a full explanation of a very complex vehicle. So well look after.

We broke down on the M5 near Cribbs Causeway recently with a broken front suspension spring which destroyed the near-side front tyre. Fortunately, we are in the AA so we arranged for them to take the car and us to Richard Lovett BMW. (Trustpilot won’t let me put the correct company name - how stupid is that?? 😂)
We were kept informed of progress and cost and the car was fixed ahead of schedule.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and we especially want to mention Steve Wooles, the courtesy bus driver. He recognised us walking to the bus stop and stopped to give us a lift. Really lovely guy and exceptional service.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with DickLovett BMW, particularly given that I have purchased multiple vehicles from the group over a number of years and have been a loyal customer.
I reported a persistent noise issue with my vehicle, which was returned to the dealership on five separate occasions in an attempt to rectify the problem. Despite these repeated visits, the issue was never resolved. When the matter was escalated to the lease company, a decision was made that the noise was “within tolerance”.
Following this, I contacted the Managing Director directly to raise my concerns. I did not receive a response, although the matter was passed down to the Service Manager. The Service Manager advised that the issue would be escalated to BMW UK, but no timescale was provided and communication was poor.
Due to the ongoing lack of communication and clarity, I eventually advised them not to pursue the matter further, as I had lost confidence that it would be handled properly.
For a premium brand and a dealership I’ve been loyal to for many years, this level of service and aftercare is extremely disappointing.

Outstanding service from start to finish on purchasing my new F900r at D ick Lovett Motorrad Bristol. Big thanks to Natasha pope for making the whole process so easy. Great communication throughout and can’t thank the team enough. Highly recommend if your looking to purchase a new bike.

I visited today to look at a potential company car, not to buy one, sales exec James M looked after me, explained all the BMW idiosyncrasies regarding spec and models and even provided a test drive of a lovely 3 series touring. Cant recommend James highly enough and the whole feel of the dealership was above and beyond expectations. Car chosen, maybe i’ll be back to buy a bike..

Overall very good only slight disappointment was the no reply to my email about the Autotrader advert for the bike saying 1 previous owner and the V5 saying 3 previous owners.

Have used DLM for years bought many bikes from them and have always had great deals together put together by Mike of the sales team with first class aftersales and servicing too by the rest of the team. I am very satisfied with DLM.

A Fantastic purchasing experience, Matt ( General Manager) and Tash (Retail Manager) could not have been more welcoming or done more to facilitate my purchase, would recommend this business to anyone.

The willingness to sit down and discuss the differences in opinion regarding price and the market at time of purchase

I had a great experience with the entire purchase process of my new R1300 GS. This started with a hassle free test ride carried out in October which lead to the order and purchase of the new bike. Bike was delivered as promised in time for Xmas.

Excellent communications, thank you Josh, and my lovely Aston was handed over without a spec of dust anywhere. Shame about the current January weather!
