Slow to deliver
Ordered some packers for a window we were replacing. Took 2 weeks to arrive and only after I’d enquired where they were. We’d finished the job, I was told they could be retuned but the shipping costs were most of the item costs. Wouldn’t use again.

Because shipping is a fixed cost, we are unfortunately unable to refund postage on returned items. However, we always want to offer the best value possible, which is why we have recently reduced our UK mainland shipping costs for smaller items from £6.49 down to £3.95.
If you ever need parts urgently, please do get in touch with our team before placing your order, and we will do our best to find the quickest option for you.

Took so long to get my bits and I had to call you loads of time to get anywhere with it it’s been about 3-4 weeks to get what I need and I’ve got nothing out of you no good will jester nothing cost me money as my customer wants money off now. Commitment to customer service
I received email confirmation of order, then the following day an email saying the delivery had been upgraded without charge, I can only presume it missed its picking slot and completed the next day. I didn’t chase or question expected delivery date, and for the company to upgrade it because of an internal error shows the commitment to customer service this company has.
