Terrible Customer Service no goods arrived
Ordered 8th June chased as not arrived 26thJune promised by 2nd July chased 2nd July - no idea what they were doing the goods were still not in stock had to cancel order due to terrible service and get elsewhere

Order arrive late
Order arrive late, order on Wednesday evening to be send in Thursday and arrive in Friday, have to call them on Friday to know where was my order and still was in the office. Send on Monday and arrive on Wednesday morning. Paying £7 for a 24h delivery and arrive 3 days later.

Following a review of your order, we would like to gently clarify that DG Supplyline does not currently offer a guaranteed or timed 24-hour express delivery service. Our standard mainland UK £7.95 delivery charge covers regular dispatch and transit via various couriers, selected based on the consignment's overall size and weight.
That being said, we completely understand your disappointment regarding the time it took for your items to leave our office after you placed your order on Wednesday evening. We always aim for a much smoother transaction, and we are currently looking into why your parcel was held up until the following Monday to ensure we improve our internal handling times moving forward.

This is a good company
This is a good company. The handle snapped on my pivot door after 6 years of use. I contacted the original installer who didn’t respond so I searched for the handle and DG Supplies came up. I spoke to one of their staff who found what I needed and it arrived the following day. Great service.
