Mike was extremely helpful and was able to explain every question we ask. He was very charming and made us feel extremely at ease and did not try to push us into anything.
Also he never once try to rush us.

Very friendly staff. I was in the store for nearly 2 hours and no forced sale pitch. Once I decided what I wanted, they were very brilliant.

Buying the furniture at DFS Torquay was a pleasant experience. Mike was very patient and friendly as we slowly made our choice of sofa and colour. He was helpful without being intrusive. Altogether a successful purchase. Thank you!

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant, once we located her following a very meandering wander around the store for ages,
until we finally located someone, to help. Very pleasant airy store but would have been even more impressed with my shopping experience if the staff that we did see were smartly dressed rather than jean type trousers and casual top. I’m old school and still expect retail stores to maintain a smart dress code which fosters the belief in customers that management expect a high standard of service from their sales staff.

I’m really impressed with the treatment I received by DFS in Torbay. They were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything clearly the whole process of delivery, warranty and Finance.
I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you

OurDFS storeTorquay is next to M&S where we regularly shop , we popped in DFS for a quick look around and saw a special offer on a settee we tried and thought a bargain after a chat with a helpful staff member who pointed out why it was a special offer and available within a week so we bought it and can’t wait for our delivery .

The sales staff were excellent and informative with patience and understanding particularly Darren. He allowed us time to consider our options and we were sad that he had gone on leave when we returned

Whilst talking my husband into purchasing a decent sofa, we visited the Exeter and Torquay branches of DFS. On our third visit to Torquay branch we decided to purchase two ex display chairs. The sales staff were so welcoming and allowed our dog to come in. The paperwork was completed quickly, and we are now awaiting our delivery.
