Myself and my husband had a fantastic experience at DFS Swansea thanks to the sales lady who assisted us. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to listen to what we was looking for, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect furniture without any pressure.
Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. It's rare to receive such attentive and genuine service these days. She is a real credit to DFS, and I would highly recommend visiting the Swansea store because of the excellent support I received.
