We had such a lovely experience at DFS Swansea yesterday and wanted to give a special mention to Hannah, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was warm, friendly and really personable, and we never once felt rushed or under any pressure to make a decision. She was genuinely interested in helping us find the right sofas and accessories for our room and was so patient while we worked through different colours, fabrics and cushion combinations.
What could easily have felt like quite an overwhelming decision was actually a really enjoyable experience. Hannah gave us the time and space we needed while still being there with helpful advice whenever we wanted it.

We had an excellent experience at DFS, largely thanks to Nathan. We spent at least four hours across two separate visits trying to find the perfect sofa, and throughout the whole process Nathan was incredibly patient, helpful and professional.
He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, gave us honest and knowledgeable advice, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. His knowledge of the products and his approach to customer service were brilliant.

Very happy with the service we received. Nathan was first class in helping us with the purchase of our sofa and 2 chairs.

Came and looked on another visit to see what you had to offer. Offered assistance but declined as want to look and see wothout hassle and was left to it and not hoovered around.
Came in yesterday to make my purchase after a quick look again to make sure. Did have to wait a little for someone to become available. I believe Nathan came free and it was an easy quick transition partly due to me knowing what I wanted and colours etc. gave me information I needed and more that I asked for and nice and relaxed and light hearted. All paid for easily. He was very polite and would recommend him as a sales person.
