Visited the Swansea store and the staff were very helpful. We were served by Meryl who was so helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us. She helped us find the perfect sofa and made the process nice and easy. Lovely lady to deal with and would highly recommend.

Efficient and down to earth sales assistant
Lovely sales woman not pushy at all. Very swift and efficient when completing the forms and took time to show us rugs and coffee tables on sale as we needed everything for our house Reno.
Only critical I would pass on, is that there were very little staff available to help at first and being a Saturday the shop had several customers, so we had to wait and ask for assistance.
