Good service. Polite salesman. On time. Asked for the sofa not to be delivered early in the morning. That was ignored. Sofa was delivered at 07.15.

My wife knew what she wanted seen it…
My wife knew what she wanted seen it online and needed to see it for her for her self
Left alone when we entered the store for a good 5 mins to look around then Dan came to us we explained we wanted 1 particular product he led us the the place we needed to be . The service he gave us the information he gave us the all the legal jargon he gave us on top of that he is a top bloke easy to talk to we only 1 brand new sofa and that was a old DFS 17 years ago so we’re going again

Hannah the agent who we met with on entering your store was a delight to deal with.Her demeanor, experience and knowledge was excellent,we had already visited several sofa outlets that day however our meeting with Hannah secured a sale ,an absolute asset to your company .
