Myself and my daughter were made very welcome by a lovely lady by the name of Debbie (I think) as soon as we walked in the door. She was very helpful throughout and explained everything thoroughly to us. I was "over the moon" with her customer service and she made our visit very enjoyable. Took our 90 year old mam into your teeside park store staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful nothing was to much bother demonstrated how to use the rise and recline chair and were very patient with her coverall experience was excellent

Seen what I wanted online the assistants were so helpful and although I couldn’t get the couch I wanted (room not big enough) the adapted the sofa in a way so I could still get what I wanted, all staff extremely friendly and welcoming.
