My family and I were looking for a chair for post-hip replacement. We had tried several options when Dale came to ask if we required any help. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He was great with the kids and showed them what several sofas could do. He showed myself to several chairs demonstrating how they worked.
He was super friendly and helpful. I loved the chair and bought due to Dales help-thank you so much.

What a fantastic visit I had whilst making my purchases at the Stockton store. I was greeted by Debbie at the door, and she looked after me, and my little dog, advised and guided me throughout the whole experience. She gave me her honest views and opinions on my choices, which was very much appreciated by myself. She advised on aftercare products and a selection of accompanying items for my new home. Nothing was a bother to other staff members either, they helped move items around the store to see if they were compatible with my other choices. The whole experience was brilliant and it certainly enforced my view of DFS after years of purchases. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10/10 all round.

We came in a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Warren about buying 2 settees and he was very helpful and took his time to chat with us even though we were not ready at that time to go ahead with purchase. So when we came back again it was nice that he remembered us and he went through everything from beginning to end. He wasn't pushy just very knowledgeable and made the purchase stress free for us. Thank you to warren appreciated his help I feel he went above and beyond and we didn't feel rushed, even though you closed at 6 and all the staff were waiting to go home. Thank you

I knew what I wanted when I came in and the guy was very helpful going through everything and all the details.

Liam, our initial advisor was very friendly, helpful and informative. He offerred good advice and allowed us to browse at our leisure. The staff as a whole made us feel very comfortable providing a lovely shopping experience. Would certainly shop here again.

This is indeed what happened and we have ended up ordering a sofa which fits the design of our room perfectly . We have previously been anxious to sofa shop due to predatory sales techniques . There was none of that instead honesty and helpful advice prevailed .

Went into store today looking to buy a coffee table nesting set . We were greeted by Dale who observed very quickly that I have a disability and offered to look around the store for me when listening to what I required and why . He showed me photos of what was available and when I shortlisted the items I liked he took me to see them without having to walk the whole store . I am very happy either way my purchase and the excellent customer service that I was given .

Lucy in the Teesside Park store could not have been more helpful. Her product knowledge, and helpful attitude made choosing our furniture so much easier. We never felt rushed or pressured, I fact at one point Lucy rearranged furniture in the show room to help us visualise the furniture in our home.

We went to dfs is stockton retail park tonight and was greeted by dale. Who was fantastic made us feel very welcome.helped us pick the right sofa and design and layout for us. Even put it on the big screen to see what it looks like. Thanks very much dale superstar

As soon as we set foot in the store the very ambience and layout of the furniture had a welcoming feel to it. We where greeted by a salesman who made us feel at home asked the right questions and he soon understood our requirements, within a very short time we had chosen a chair for our snug. Then came the payment and all options were explained clearly and the deal was concluded. All in all a pleasant experience, keep up the excellent work I will certainly recommend DFS. I was greated at the door by Michael ridge and was instantly looked after. I had in mind a model i had seen online and he showed me a much more suited option after saying what I was looking for. He was right I instantly loved the sofa he showed me, going threw the options and purchased. We spoke and I told him I was buying my first home and showed me the beds and mattress options which i wasnt aware DFS sold. Describing what I was looking for he showed me a few options and found the matching beds I liked and the best mattress suited for me. Could not be happier with his help, advice and making what I expected to be 2 to 3 shops in to 1 order with delivery for a much easier process.
