Very friendly service and helpful show me all that I needed to know

We visited the DFS Sidcup store without any intention of making a purchase. However, the staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.

Her excellent customer service and genuine approach completely changed our minds, and we ended up making a purchase. We are very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

We had someone that represents DFS well. Kay our sales lady was very welcoming and warm towards my husband and I. Kay's service was absolutely amazing. The first impression really can be a lasting one because it was our first time at a DFS store. We went to the Sidcup location.

Good customer service

Belle, the sales adviser who assisted us, was excellent. We were looking for a 2 seater sofa with full recliner, preferably in green leather, and she made sure she showed us all that was available. She was very helpful and informative without being at all 'pushy'. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family who are looking for help choosing sofas!

The member of staff who helped us in selecting a sofa, armchair and lamp/small table was extremely helpful, she did not rush or pressurise us into making a decision on what to buy (No hard sell). We were offered coffee (cappuccino, which was very appreciated, my partner even had a second cup). Once we'd decided on the items to purchase, before payment was made everything about care of the items, estimated delivery date and delivery drivers installation of the items was clearly explained. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

Visited DFS Sidcup and staff were welcoming and offered advice where needed. We already knew which sofa we wanted, but sales consultant was helpful in the selection of fabric. Overall great experience.
