Looked around a few sofa showrooms, but none seemed to have the recliners we liked!
We made a 3rd visit back to DFS, spoke with your sales assistant.
He was very helpful, explaining everything we asked.
Once satisfied we placed our order, now looking forward to our new sofas arriving.

I don't like it when assistants follow…
I don't like it when assistants follow you around the store so was a bit apprehensive when entering but I'm pleased to say we weren't approached . Staff were friendly and helpful. The chap that dealt with us was called Flo, again friendly and helpful.

The perfect sofa
Already had our first settee from Dfs and cannot fault the service, workmanship as definitely stood the test of time, so choosing another was a no brainier fantastic service no pushy sales people,Chloe and the team were fantastic got plenty of advise before making the decision for a new one. Would highly recommend.
