Visit to the DFS Store in Sheffield
I visited the DFs Store in Sheffield near Sheffield train station. With a friend not really thinking about buying anything yesterday 8th August and we were left to look around ourself and David said he would come back and find us .
David made us feel relaxed and listen to what I was asking about and between us I had decided what I wanted . I said I need to do some measurements and I would return the next day or to.
Today I knew what I wanted and was greater my other member of staff who explained what I needed to do next and I bought the items I had looked at the day before .
The customer service was very good the remembered me which nice made me feel comfortable . I would highly recommend a visit to the store

Great customer service and great prices
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but leave you to look round rather than pushing you to buy. When we did find the sofa we wanted they were able to answer any questions we had.
The customer service is excellent, we were offered a really nice coffee while we went though the final payment. We didn't feel rushed at all and ended up having a relaxing conversation with the salesman whilst going though the final details.
I would recommend DFS, to anyone looking to buy a sofa at a great price with great customer service.
